Really nice place. I like the seating. Comfy. Haven't had any bad drinks. Not a fan of lava, but it was made well. The only thing is (and this may be due to the youth of the staff) but they could be wayyyy more friendly, accommodating, and serving to the people in the space considering it's such an open space. We were there for a significant amount of time and it seems the baristas stay behind the counter and don't engage you unless you come to the counter. Like they're in their own world. Drinks are good. We visited Vannie’s House yesterday and were absolutely delighted! The atmosphere is cozy, the interior is pleasant, and most importantly, the drinks are incredibly delicious. The boba tea is simply amazing — a wide variety of flavors, great quality, and everything is made with care. The coffee is excellent too: aromatic, strong, and rich in flavor.

The staff is polite and friendly, helped us choose and served us quickly. It’s especially nice that you can not only enjoy great drinks here but also relax, hang out with friends, or get some work done.

Went with my boyfriend, we got the salted caramel cream drink and a mango matcha. I got a peach tea for my mom. All three only costed 20$. The service was fast and quick, even though there was a couple people in line we were only there for about 7 minutes. The drinks were amazing. The salt mixed with the caramel was so good, and the mango matcha was very sweet and refreshing. I would recommend this to anyone.
