Wendy's — Restaurant in Bolingbrook

I just ordered lunch from there and am really displeased by the man that was taking the order. I guess now they are taking the Portillo's approach by having someone personally take your order now. I was stopped about 15 feet before the menu when the man asked me what I wanted. I responded that I wanted to look at the menu when he rudely responded "They dont do that no more". I replied "But I dont know what I want" he then handed me a dirty old folded up menu which had been held by plenty of dirty hands. I told him I wanted a number 1 with cheese no tomato, he responded back "No cheese, no onion", I said "No I want cheese no tomato". He barked back "IT COMES WITH CHEESE!". He was so rude, I really thought about reversing and going somewhere else. Im not a fan of people being rude for no reason, or this new dirty menu thing. It would have been easier if he would have just let me pull up and look at the menu. Maybe some customer service training...

I’m a regular at this Wendy’s, so much so that the day crew knows who I am when I make my order. They are always super polite and make my day. They recently hired some new night staff and tonight while ordering my usual spicy nuggets with sour cream I was mocked by the staff, while hearing everyone laugh at me inside. I then pulled up to get my food and the employee said not one word to me other than my total. Upon pulling away I discovered they did not give me my French fries or my sour cream that I was mocked for ordering. I was too humiliated to go back through for my missing food.

Needless to say, I will be driving out of my way from now on if I want Wendy’s and not returning to this location. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE...

We've gone here many times before and never had an issue but this time... First, we had the option of ordering at the register or the kiosk, we wanted to order at the register. The manager kept saying, "Just stay there and order from there. Don't come here, it's okay, it's okay. Just stay there." That didn't feel very welcoming.

Next, I was not happy with their food. I ordered my double cheeseburger w/fries and my husband ordered his double cheeseburger with bacon and fries and we took it home. Our burgers were so greasy that we had to wipe it with a paper towel and our fries were lukewarm. Not good!
