As someone who has worked at this store, I want to be honest about some of the problems going on inside.
Toxic atmosphere from management/staff: Brady constantly threatens to quit and takes his anger out on the team, which creates tension and stress for everyone. Instead of supporting people when they make mistakes, the focus is often on blame.
Hostile behavior: Tyler regularly yells, slams objects, and has even used racial slurs. On top of that, he makes inappropriate comments about people’s bodies — sometimes while customers are right there in the lobby. This is unprofessional, uncomfortable, and creates a hostile environment.
Disrespect toward customers: Behind the counter, customers are often talked about in extremely disrespectful ways, including being called “stupid.” Even if it’s not said to their faces, it shows a lack of professionalism and sets a really negative tone.
Unprofessional communication: Management sometimes communicates in ways that feel dismissive or mocking. For example, being told there’s a “surprise” in the office that turns out to be a written warning, followed by “don’t be weird about it.” That’s not the kind of communication that builds respect or trust.

We repeatedly asked for an extra, extra, extra topping, of one particular topping, and to our amazement there was hardly anything on the pizza we received. Domino's has a limit of doubling a topping--that means you can only add it two times. The pizza that we paid for, had hardly no toppings at all, of any of the toppings, and it was brought to their attention, but absolutely none of the employees working that day cared or offered to redo the pizza or not charge us for the pizza. We're not looking to get a free pizza, just one like we ordered and then gladly pay for it. The employees that were there, that particular day, were all very rude and had a "I could care less" attitude. Absolutely no customer service type skills at all!!! I really don't understand why it is so impossible to make a pizza the way the customer would like it, especially if the customer is willing to pay extra for all of the extra toppings??? We'll never order anything from this Domino's...
Read moreNot recommended any longer! I’ve been ordering from this location for about 5yrs and recently they went to a different way of ordering when you call them. The folks answering the calls are middle eastern using the Dominos app. They kept telling me they don’t deliver to my location which isn’t true cause they always have. Also finally they got in contact with the store, the man who answered put me on hold for about 5 minutes. When he returned I was trying to make an order over 50$ so I was going to pay half with card and half in cash with tip. I had to find my other card to place the order and he hung up on me. That place is a joke anymore. Half the time they forget the sauces or my thin crust pizza is over done....
