On Monday 12/11/23 we were invited by a friend for a quick dinner at chipotle in Bonney lake around 5:30 pm. We ordered 3 Burrito bowls, one was vegetarian, mine was Crane Asada and I believe our friend ordered chicken. The Crane Asada meat was extremely tough with lots of connective tissue! It was impossible to finish my food and I didn’t want to put it in the trash in front of our friend, I asked the young man who was the cashier for a lid, he got me one without washing his hands or wearing gloves, I asked him to wear gloves and give me another lid and he did. Another time my husband had a woody end of the avocado in his food. I have witnessed some of the workers/servers don’t wear gloves while handling food. Another time a young lady had a few nose piercing that was bleeding, she was keep touching her nose while wearing gloves and serving food, I refused letting her to serve me and I asked for a different server. When I complained to him, he said; oh she is new!! Then she went and got my drink and I had to turn it down. I have witnessed the employees touching their clothes and specially their faces while cooking or serving food. I will never go back to this place! The health department needs to shut...
Read more8/16 at 7:45 I faced discrimination at this Bonney Lake Chipotle I have never experienced this at any other location. The chipotle employee took my order very rudely and when I politely asked for what I wanted he responded with “what?!”. Most commonly in a customer service situation a chipotle employee would either say “excuse me?” Or at least what “was that again” but instead I was met with with the rudeness unlike I’ve ever seen before. The worst part was that an older gentleman asked about something similar and the same chipotle employee said “what was that again?”. Why was I met with a different approach when I am a paying guest at a brand new location? What chipotle should be focusing on is building the connection with the community in Bonney lake rather the treating minorities differently. Not to mention the entire establishment was dirty and unkept. There was old food pouring out of the cambrios and several items were completely out of stock even causing the same working to cross contaminate between the food at the front of the store and the food by the drive through section. No customer service experience should be this terrible especially for a brand new location. Also there was a hair in my...
Read moreUpdate: September 2024. THE BEANS ARE STILL UNDERCOOKED!!!! How stupid and ignorant do you need to be to not comprehend that beans should be soft. Not crunchy. I don't know what this location does or how Chipotle prepares their beans. But it's not rocket science. Can't blame it being a new location now. It's had several years to still get it wrong. I'm so done with this location. Bonny Lake is where franchise restaurants come to digress. Every once in a while I don't want to leave the plateau. This is what I get. More reason to remind me why I don't eat at any of the restaurants in Bonney Lake. They are all poorly run, low quality garbage. If you like crunchy beans and rice and inconsistent service this location is for YOU! What's the point of offering something if you only stock it once in a blue moon? WHY can't ya'll cook the beans and rice so they're not crunchy. It's not rocket science. Crunchy= bad and not fully cooked. Is it a new trend? Crunchy uncooked beans and rice? Burn more calories?Seriously. Also Chipotle in general...why don't your beans actually taste like...
