This dining hall has many many problems and only a few redeeming qualities.

I have tried almost every single item on just about every menu that this dining hall offers. I can confidently say out of the 50 or so different dishes they serve there are only several that actually taste good. Most of the food here is absolutely disgusting. A lot is just bad, and some are decent, very few are good. The chicken wings, fries, mashed potatoes and bacon are the only things I have ever had that are actually good. Their drink selection is also pretty good and the sweet tea is excellent however the milk and tea machines as well as some fountain drink machines are very frequently broken. The dining hall design itself is actually pretty good it doesn’t feel old. The actual biggest problem next to the good quality that I have with this dining hall is that they will pretty much just close it whenever they feel like it. I can not even list off just how many times I’ve gone to eat when they should be open and when they say they’re open both with the hours online and the sign posted in front saying they’re open and it will just be closed randomly like at 8:30pm or something. Students should NOT be forced into a meal plan that SERVES INEDIBLE FOOD! The chicken wings are not rotated and become cold and unsafe to eat. The greens mix for the salad has rotten greens mixed in. The fruit is not temp checked and sometimes gets to room temperature. These are health issues, I’m not even mentioning the quality and taste of the food. For the price students pay and are forced into for meal plans, they should be served edible food and have ease of mind they will not get sick from a meal. These issues will make people sick.
