After a little longer than usual wait, our order came and was delicious. Jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich on jalapeño roll was super tasty. One small brown spot on the avacado but no taste difference. The potato chips on the sandwich make for a nice texture change. I usually don't go for mayo but it really belongs on this sandwich. For a side I had the steamed broccoli, which is almost always an underwhelming and flavorless, albeit, healthy side. Not this one. Broccoli steamed perfectly with salt and pepper, and I tasted butter in there as well. My boy had the kids chicken wrap w/honey mustard. His review was "so good!" best meal I've had at McAllisters so far.

I placed an online to-go order today. A choose 2- mcallisters club sandwich and a cup of broccoli soup, a turkey sandwich and a cup of broccoli soup. When I got home I opened the bag to find half of my sandwich and no soup but they put a note in the bag that said “Ashley, no broccoli soup 2” this should have been handled better. My phone number was on the receipt attached to the bag, they could have called me and told me and I would have simply ordered another soup that they did have. I was still charged for both soups! The level of laziness here is very disappointing. I will not be eating here again.

One star for your friendly staff, but everything else was a utter disappointment. For the price you get the smallest sandwich ever produced on a dirty plate to boot. We were the first customers there and our table was still dirty. Skip this place and go somewhere else.

I would give a 0 star if I could. Very disappointed . The service is horrible and very rude people up front . I placed an order to go and read it back to them 3 times and the receipt even said what I ordered… I waited an hour for my food, I get it my food and it’s all wrong. I take it back.. the woman catches an attitude and then they remake it.. She brings it back out for the second time and I check it AGAIN and it is wrong again!!! I take it back, and tell them . Same thing again, it was wrong. They take it back and the third time I get my sandwiches and check them, there is a piece of cardboard on my sandwich. I take it the woman once again, but this time she snatches it from me and gets mad. I asked for the manager multiple times but no one came forward for a while. Finally someone did. Regardless of being compensated for it or not, no customer should be treated with the disrespect that I felt and experienced today. I love mccallisters but this experience has ruined it for me. I understand mistakes happen but they shouldn’t happen 3-4 times on a basic sandwich.. I finally gave up and just took the sandwiches . But they’re still wrong. One had 1 small piece of avocado on it , and I got a sandwich with bacon on it and what do you know, there is still no bacon or cheese or Mayo. Just meat, bread, and a nickel sized piece of avocado . On my other sandwich there was no Mayo after asking for Mayo as well as no cheese on it . I am disappointed and will not be back. But I will be making a call to corporate so that they know what kind of business is being tan in bossier city . Do better. I’m sure I’m not the first to experience this nor will I...

Two stars is very generous, because I still have the Christmas spirit.

It's a shame, the food was really good and nicely presented. Having said that, I would only visit if you have a LOT of time to kill. We visited on a Saturday afternoon, maybe 5 tables filled. The line to order, with 3 ahead of us, took 15 minutes. We sit down, and 30 minutes later my wife's food is brought out. We wait another 15 minutes, and I still haven't been served. We have been there an hour at this point. My wife looks at the counter, and sees my plate sitting there. Who knows how long it's been there, but there is no indication that anyone is in a hurry to bring it out. My wife then goes to the counter, asks if that is for us, and then is handed the plate. No apology. It's not a matter of being understaffed or overtasked, just a lack of motivation.

This could be a great place, the food is fantastic, but until management can motivate improvement of the service (or there is a management change, which is probably more appropriate), we won't be back. There are plenty of other places that actually appreciate...

I forgot to write this review earlier, but I recently went to McAlister’s Deli for the first time since moving to Louisiana. After a long drive from Washington, D.C., my family and I needed something quick to eat. As soon as we walked in, the place had a nice atmosphere and a good vibe. A young man helped me with my order I believe his name was Javon or Javen and he was so friendly and professional. He guided me through the menu, gave great recommendations, and had a smile on his face the entire time. Our order was pretty big since there were five of us, but he stayed calm and patient, double-checking everything to make sure it was right. The service was perfect, and when the food came out, my whole family loved it. I left him with a $20 tip because he truly made our experience so smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back because of him, and I hope I always get that same warm welcome. Thank you, McAlister’s, and thank you to Javen and the crew for the...
