McDonald's — Restaurant in Bossier City

This location is moments from my house. It became comical how they got the order wrong every time. I know what you're thinking, "I'll bet his order was really complicated". Nope! Just numbers on the menu and nugget kids meals. No straws, no sauce, wrong sauce, wrong order, miscounted nuggets etc.

We drive an additional 5 minutes to the Benton rd location to avoid this place. It's the worst McDonald's ive ever been to. Don't believe me? Give them a shot, you WILL be disappointed. Be sure to leave a review afterwards.

I had to repeat my order twice through the mic box. I used a coupon, The total never showed up. I was just told to drive around. When I got to the first window I was told a total, so I repeated my order again to make sure it was right. The person said it was, I asked if the discount was applied, she didn't respond just told me my total again. Turns out it was. Went to the second window, the guy asked me to pull up because they were waiting on fries. Had to wait about 10 minutes for them to be brought out. The order was right though, so that was a plus. But not much has changed.

Update 9/23/2022. Went here tonight because we were running late and couldn't make it to Benton Rd. The woman at the speaker box was okay I guess, definitely wouldn't consider it friendly, probably irritated would be the best way to describe it. The person working the first window was really friendly so that was cool. Picked up the food pretty quickly which was nice too. The woman giving us our food handed us our food and shut the window without saying anything, forgot the ketchup which was listed on the mobile order. Just decided to get ketchup at home instead of waiting on her to open the window again. Overall this visit was a 6 out of 10, so a little better. I'll keep...

If I could give the McDonald’s “restaurant” at the corner of Airline dr and Viking dr in north bossier a zero star review, that would still be too high. 9 out of 10 times not only is the order wrong, but it usually take 20 + minutes to get through the dive thru regardless of the time of day or amount of people in line. Fries are always old and cold. All employees look like they’re being forced to be there and are rude, IF they even acknowledge you at all. Went inside today since the drive thru was backed up to the entrance, as usual. Almost fell immediately upon entering the “restaurant”. There was a wet floor sign, but the floor appeared dry. Felt like they mopped the floor with the 10 day old fry grease they serve daily. 6 people standing back from the registers holding receipts and faces turning more red by the minute. Guy in front of me in line left after we were behind him for 6 minutes. He had been there 10 minutes before we arrived in line from what I was told after he left. I counted 7 people come in from being in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes a piece with either an incorrect order or no order at all. I witnessed all this while STILL not having been acknowledged that I existed, much less the fact of me wanting to financially support this joke of a business. Finally after 16 minutes and countless curse words from the professional, highly trained individuals behind the counters and in the “kitchen”, I was able to order. My meal came out in a decent amount of time, which isn’t saying much for this “restaurant”. And low and behold…………DIDN’T GET MY ORDER RIGHT. McDonald’s employees want $15 an hour. I wouldn’t give them 0.15 an hour at the one on Viking. This place should be shut down and the owner should be forced to repay anyone who’s ever gave a...

This is what I have to say about the McDonald's crew and how they deal with customers on a daily basis! I was coming in with my son on New Year's Day. I didn't think they would be opened for long, so I decided to make it a quick visit. Well, I was informed that was the play place was closed. No big deal really. My son was looking forward to it, but I could see clearly that the associate was mopping and just cleaning up! ANY PARENT WITH COMMON SENSE WOULD KNOW BETTER! But no. About ten minutes while we were eating, a family with a group of entitled brats came in. I am censoring from what they deserved to be called. The father was over 6-feet tall and wearing red and black plaid pajama bottoms and a black zip up. Once he found out of the same scenario, he and his entire family showed their true colors! From the kids telling their mother "Just yell at them, mom" to the father telling his children "You don't have to do what they say; they're not the managers!" Even the mother rolled her eyes and exclaimed "I don't know what the big deal is, mopped floors aren't dangerous." To the clerks that dealt with the entitled child in the man's body, GREAT JOB. To the innocent associate that was just doing her job, I'm sorry you had to deal with such inconsiderate, irresponsible, outrageous, entitled, thick-headed people. I'm glad the manager acknowledged you as a good worker. And to you sir! If you ever read this, I hope you and your family pick a fight with the wrong people.
