Ya'll have been Redemmed. We finally came back from our bad experience 2 years ago. And honestly Ya'll did offer to correct our order and take care of our meal but just never did take you up on the offer. So being my birthday and all I was like okay lets try this again. Soon as we walked in we were greeted and taken to our table. Before we had even gotten sat down good, Ms Brittney our server came up with the most beautiful, welcoming smile that reached her voice and all the way to her eyes. All my fellow food service people you know exactly what I mean. Not only was she a beautiful lady but she had the most open and beautiful personality. She took our drink order and gave our menus. Came back with drinks promptly and asked if we had chosen a appetizers perhaps. She was not pushy but put it in your head. We agreed yes we would and placed that part of the order. As she came back by we had not decided for our meal but I did want to try one of their mixed drinks. Margarita frozen with ole smokey Strawberry moonshine swirled in. (Oh yes it was as good as it sounded to me. ) She asked for my ID (you know us women love when we ask for that. We know we are old farts but we can pretend with them that we are not) upon looking at my ID she realized it was my birthday, hence why I wanted my special drink. She wished me a Happy Birthday and then We placed our dinner order and she offered some suggestions, which I did use , going with the grilled shrimp in my dinner. And she was right it was right on point. Next thing you know here they come (a bunch of beautiful bright faced ladies to sing me Happy Birthday. Yes at 53 I blushed and thanked them all so much. They also brought me some ice cream with whipped cream and chocolate drizzled across it beautifully. We were taken care of in a timely manner, she checked on us many times during our stay. Brittney (01/29 around 132 pm) thank you so much for a wonderful experience in dinning in your place of employment. You helped to make my day so very special even going so far as to write Thank you on my receipt as well as Happy B-day ❤. I have worked in the customer service field and food industry since I was 17 years old and this young lady knows old school customer service. She never once acted like she was doing us a favor just being there. As I watched her, she treated everyone of her tables as if we were her only ones. Now that is what I call the WOW FACTOR. Sorry for being so long winded but this young lady and the cooks who prepared our meal, thank you I will not wait another two years before I grace...

I came to your restaurant tonight with my friend and it was our first time eating at your establishment. We were initially greeted by four staff members and were told to standby for our waitress. When she showed up she sighed with annoyance of I guess having to have another table to serve. We ignored it and assumed she was having a rough night. Once seated she left us immediately and did not return to take our drink order until 10 minutes later. We ordered an appetizer, the jalapeño cream cheese bacon something or another. When it arrived we bit into it and the bacon was completely raw. We waited another 10 minutes for our waitress who never returned and ended up flagging down another to tell her about the appetizer. She informed us that they can take it off the bill or get us another but there was no real sign of concern that we were served and ate raw bacon. We just had it removed from the bill. After our real order finally showed up we once again could not locate our waitress to get any refills or condiments. We had to yet again flag down another waitress to get assistance. After that, who knows how long again we were waiting for our waitress to come check on us or at least bring us the bill to get rid of us since we were clearly such a nuisance. She finally shows up after we watched her sit and chit chat at the bar with someone and she drops off our bill and leaves again never asks how the food was or if we require any to-go boxes. Thankfully again another waitress shows up and asks and gives us To-go boxes. This whole experience was really off putting to our first visit here at Walk-ons and I feel it will be our last. We understand the service industry is not the greatest when dealing with rude customer but we did our absolute best to remain polite but right from the start our experience was not pleasant. Please talk with your staff about just common respect and patience oh and also maybe just show some concern for serving raw food and the patron...

My family and I went in the Airline Walk-Ons today. Our server was great! MY appetizer was good but my meal wasn't. I told my server which she told me I would have to speak with the manager who was rude but okay maybe she was having a bad day. I told her that the meal wasn't good and I would like to buy another appetizer like the one I had and I told my server I would like my appetizer to go. I left Walk-Ons went to Walgreens drive-thru to pick up my son's medicine which it took a while before I made it home then I realized I left my bag on the table at the restaurant. I called back to tell them what happen the young lady that answered the phone told me my food was thrown in the thrash because anything left on the table they throw away but she would let me talk to the manager. The manager came to the phone and told me that unfortunately anything left on the table they throw away but she would replace my appetizer but not the kids meal. My uncle went back to the restaurant to pick up my appetizer and the same food they said they threw away was the same food he came back with. So, I called back and spoke with the manager again and ask her why did she send back the food to me that she had already told me it was thrown in the thrash and then she said oh no it was still sitting on the table. I'm saying this was after 1hr. later and told by her and another individual that the food was thrown in the thrash. Talking about upset 😡 I can't believe someone in her line of business would even threat a customer this way. Even if the food wasn't thrown away but after I was already told that it was I sure don't want it now. That's very unsanitary...
