1ā£ļøStinky napkins: The black napkins they use to wrap the knifes and forks smells like they have never washed them. I smelled 3 napkins and they are all stinky. It is very bad 𤢠because the time we find this out is when we finished the food and tried to wipe mouth with it. Otherwise we would never sit at their table. Who wants to be tricked to pay and eat food prepared in poor cleaning conditions!
2ā£ļø poor food I love Thai food but the food of this restaurant ranks at the bottom compared to other restaurants with similar price levels. To be honest even before we find out the napkin smells, we already knows we would never come back because the taste and ingredients of the food is very disappointing.
3ā£ļøThe lie of server: I asked the server to check the napkin, she told me it smells just like cloth which is a lie that any of you cannot deny. It is pure irresponsible. Even you as the manager admitted that the napkin has weird unusual smells.
4ā£ļø Missing Price We wanted to buy one of the napkin as an evidence. The manager refused to sell us. The excuses she used was that she donāt know the price of the napkin. How ridiculous it is the manager of a restaurant donāt know the price of the napkin they have to order every week?
5ā£ļø the excess You said it might be from detergent or they could be new ones. Letās face it, I have been to many restaurants in Boston and none of them has stinky napkins smells like yours. It looks like either you reused the napkins or you restored them in a messy place.

A gentlemen told us he was going to check inside if there was a table and he came back out saying we needed to wait 15-20 minutes because there was not table. About 10 minutes after that a family of 4 people came and went straight inside and didnāt come back. So I went to check. They were sitting at a table, so basically, the guy told us there was not table but there was one and they gave them to this āwhiteā family. I complained with another server (a lady) and she said that there were some people at a corner table that were leaving and she was going to give us that table. I literally couldnāt believe how small this table was for 3 people (I am sharing a picture), surprising they sat 3 other people next to us in two of this table together so they have plenty of space. The food was amazingly good. But the service was awful. I donāt recommend this place to dine in specially if you are black or brown (I think that play a role on how they serve you).
