Highly recommend Hannah for a custom engagement ring experience. My girlfriend (now fiancé!) Sarah wanted a diamond from her mother's engagement ring to be incorporated into her own engagement ring. Sarah also had a specific ring style in mind, but left some flexibility around the specific design i.e. diamond cut and orientation. While I appreciated having some creative license over the ring design, I was also pretty lost having never gone through this process before. Hannah was really easy to schedule appointments with, and we were always very efficient in our meetings. I think the first meeting was about 15-20 mins where we reviewed photos of ring styles Sarah liked, gave Hannah her mother's ring to remove the diamond, and talked about what kind of cut I wanted for the additional diamond in the ring. When I met with Hannah the second time, she had sourced four diamonds (two within my budget and two outside of my budget, which I admitted had some flexibility) and talked me through the four C's and where we could give up some in one C for benefit in a different C. I'm so, SO glad Hannah showed me four diamonds even though two were outside of my budget. She didn't do it in a salesy, buy-the-bigger-diamond-way. She did in a way that was clear she wanted me to be able to make an informed decision about one of the most important decisions of my life. I ended up choosing one of the diamonds that was technically outside of my budget and am so happy I did. When I saw it, I knew it was the right diamond for Sarah's ring, and Sarah couldn't have been happier with it. When Hannah sent me the design rendering, I actually preferred the orientation of one of the diamonds to be changed. I got a new rendering within 24 hours, and Hannah and her team were able to get me the ring in hand with plenty of time before the proposal.
