I ordered a large pizza from my hotel. Driver called me 40 min. Later and said he was a few minutes out. I went down stairs and waited for him. After 25 minutes I called the restaurant. The owner told me they left it on a table (in the busy packed lobby). I explained it would be ice cold now and I wanted another pizza. He told the the driver told me he put it on the table. That was a lie. The driver said he would meet me out front. Where I waited 25 min. The owner would not replace the pizza with a fresh one. I am cancelling the charge on my card because of their negligence I didn't get the fresh hot pizza I ordered. I wouldn't recommended them based on that. I spoke with your delivery person on my phone. I can post his number if you like. He never left a voicemail because I spoke with him. When he didn't show I called him back and he didn't answer. That's when I called you and you lied saying the driver told me he put it on the table. Wrong. Why would I then go out front and wait for it? You said you would not remake it. I told you I would bring it back. You said you wouldn't remake it. It was ice cold and was thrown away. I ordered the same food the night before and your driver met me out front.    Read moreSo I never had a bad order from Broadwayâs Best until today. I placed my order using Slice at 7:15pm. I didnât get my PIZZA until an hour later- A PIZZA. That took an hour. This place is up the street smh. Honestly the time would have been fine, I can wait BUT the pizza was COLD. Sure I can microwave it but I spent $30 so I donât think I should be getting a cold pizza in the first place.
I called the restaurant and I was put on hold so the guy can âtalk to his managerâ guy comes back says to call Slice and dispute it with them and theyâll refund me he promptly hangs up.
Ok, so I call Slice and explain what happened. Slice puts me on hold to call the restaurant. 2 minutes pass the agent from Slice says the restaurant is refusing to refund the order so they canât do anything about it either. Weird right. Obviously Broadwayâs Best is aware of this arrangement which is why they suggested it too me so assuringly. They know Slice canât refund me unless they do⌠Awesome business ethic guys. Slow clap for you.
So I told the agent make my tip 0 because Iâm not tipping this establishment that has no interest in helping me.

   Read moreIf they get your order right, the food is pretty good! But I've ordered from them multiple times, and they mess up my order more often than getting it right (buffalo chicken pizza instead of calzone, forgetting toppings, etc.) Which happens, not a big deal.
But recently, I ordered a large meal for multiple people and one of the items was waffle fries. Apparently they were out (according to Slice app support), so they swapped my waffle fries with curly fries. I understand if you're out of an item, no problem. But please don't give me a different item and charge me for it. Requested a refund and was denied because "they are the same just different type of fries". I was denied a refund because they decided to change my order without permission, which to me is pretty bad...
