I went with one of my friends against my better judgment. I just never had a great experience there. That night I agreed to take one for the team and just go along. We were all tired and options are few but whyyyyy did I do that?! They were out of the regular steak for our steak bowls only to UPSELL us on the premier steak bowl. Ok, I'm here and hungry so you got me... I'll bite (bad pun almost unavoidable). The woman charges me over $40... nearly $50 for 2 burrito bowls. I really didn't hear her correctly when I gave her my plastic (really long day). I saw the screen and said to please wait a second questioning the amount but she already ran the card. I said ok, let me read it from the receipt. All of a sudden, the receipt can't print and she mysteriously cannot find my order to get the amount adjusted. So I said, we'll eat here to give you time to find it. Hunnyyyy... we all ate and they held me hostage in that BLEEPING store for nearly an hour trying to figure this out.... even making me SHOW THEM that my card was really charged, questioning if I was sure that "I" didn't order more stuff (we had Water Bottles with us) etc... After all that, you would think they would rebate the meal right?! Nope!!!! Read moreI walked to Chipotle in South Bay on Sunday July 23rd and I ordered a bowl of rice with steak which I always order. As the young man kept adding stuff such as salad, salsa etc plate was ready and passed to cashier. I noticed there was extra $4 when asked why, the cashier said you have extra guacamole and I said I did not order guacamole. However, I spoke up which is unlike me but I had to because they are supposed to ask and say guacamole is extra $4. I told them to remove it as I was not told and the guy grabbed the plate and threw it into the trash angrily. I kept waiting and no replacement for 20 minutes. They served 9 people while waiting. I walked to cashier again and asked where is the manager she pointed to a lady next to her and when I told her what happened she shrugged her shoulders and said we will make another one for you unemphatically.lastly, I asked for refund but I still did not get my money back.
