This place is a No GO In my book! If I could give NO STARS I would not hesitate. All due to their lack of Customer service specifically with an employee named Daniella whom I made sure I remembered her name. My husband and I were staying at the Hilton for business. We decided to head downstairs to the Connolly pub to have a quick bite and check out the place in order to determine if we should invite the rest of our staff to join us. As we arrive two lovely ladies offered to give us their seats since they were ready to leave. As I am looking for a wall plug to charge my cell phone i ran right into DANIELLA who was standing there watching us be seated but still did not offer to clean the table or greet us. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful. We kindly asked her if it was ok to sit where the previous customers sat down. "I'll be there in a few minutes " she responds with an extreme attitude. I tell her that's fine, and started to walk away, as she starts to say....."and if you don't like it" ....she did not intend for me to hear her say this as she stands next to a male employee talking away without assisting him or the very busy crowd that night! We decided to take off. Daniella sees us getting ready to leave and finally decided to approach the table. She asked us if we were leaving ? Umm excuse me ? I told her she was very rude for the field that she had chosen to work in. She tells me that she can go get the manager if I would like (again in a very rude and condescending tone). To avoid causing a scene We just left. At this point we will never be spending our money or time at this place. Not recommending this place at all until they do away with lazy and disrespectful behavior coming from their...

I am reviewing the Poutine, steak, and salad, which was all over priced. Granted the service was quick and the waiter was polite, they failed to offer me water while I waited for the to go order. As far as the food is concerned, the portion for the poutine could have easily served 6, i wish the waiter mentioned that, the gravy had no flavor, just the texture of coughing up a loogie. There was so much cheese in one blob, which i had to move to find the meat (the only decent part of the dish). The steak absolutely had no flavor, not even salt or peper. The sauce on top i can only imaging it was made with red food coloring, corn starch and boiling water, again absolutely no flavor, it actually reminded me of the gravy on the poutine, but this time red. The asparagus was limp, over cooked, covered with grease, and what every red gelatinous sauce was on the steak. Even the potatos were bland. Last the salad, and to be honest, it was a salad, over priced for what looked less like a cob salad and more like a house salad with brown over ripe avocados on it. I opted for ranch instead of the vinaigrette. That was a mistake because i assumed it was a house ranch, i think it was actually walmart brand ranch that had been discountedfor a quick sale. Again, i was remindedof the gravy, same texture excepti got the pleasure of experiencing a zippy flavour that only come from sour milk. In the end i had one bite of each item. I can see why they brought so many napkins, so people can spit the food our on something other than their plate. Do not bother eating the items i mentioned. In fact, the only time I would advise eating them is if you are high and brought...

I stayed in the hotel for a conference; rhere were numerous people staying in the hotel for that reason. I ate in the restaurant the first night. It took about 10 mi uses before the server came to my table. She apologized for the wait and took my order. It took another 10 to get my dri k. The burger was hot and fresh and tasted good. The parm fries were good too. I made a to-go order 2 days later that was good. I went again to dine in tonight on a Tueaday when they were busy but not slammed. They seemed to have plenty of staff. I could see that another patron in what appeared to be the same section was clearly unhappy and had flagged down a food runner to get the drink he ordered. That should've been my first clue. My server passed by my table after about 7-8 minutes and said she'd be back to take my order. I started Googling delivery restaurant options. I didn't see my server again before I got up and left after another 6-7 minutes of sitting there. Hilton can do better. This was the only restaurant in the hotel and it's connected to Boston Logan Airport. I ended up ordering...

Wicked SLOW! Totally IGNORED by the bar - who would not make eye-contact with me. MEDIOCRE food - slightly sub-par. Overal; not-impressed. Unfortunately, I sat "In the DMZ" - the OFFICIAL 'no-service' zone (aka: 'we don't serve YOUR KIND in here'.....). I sat at the island which is clearly placarded with WARNINGS: "For assistance in this area of the bar, please see your bartender'. I should have heeded the warnings! The bartender(s) -- there appeared to be THREE -- had no personality and no humanity. In their defense: the bar was swamped with people eating food (THAT SHOULD BE BANNED!!). I recommend: ask newcomers: "eat or drink" if 'drink' - BAR IF 'eat' - RESTAURANT And just put land-mines along the DMZ. MORE STAFF urgently needed!

I asked our waiter David for a recommendation and he suggested the crispy chicken sandwich. He was absolutely right. That is one amazing sandwich. The chicken was perfectly crispy and spicy and tasty. It had lots of finely chopped leafy greens, carrots, and some other vegetables in there. Most importantly with the pickles; the pickles taste just like maple rum spicy pickles that I get from Vermont, but he said that they actually soak their own cucumbers in their own pickle brine. It was really really good. It also has bacon on it and whatever sauce that was on the bun was great. The restaurant was clean and nice. There are lots of TVs playing different sports stations that my husband enjoyed.

It is ok. It is not a true New England experience, or Irish. Lunch Menu/Hours are different than Dinner, and there is no leeway. Lunch Menu is very limited. Dinner Menu is served as of 5PM. Due to a Noreaster', We were stranded and ubered there to met friends. We arrived at 3PM. We would of paid dinner menu prices and tipped MORE than accordingly, however they did not want to accommodate us. We sat there 6+ hours...with a glass of wine and a cup of chowder, because the lunch Menu was basic. New England Clam Chowder is ok. (I won't order it again) Actually, i probably will not dine there again. This was my third not best experience, there. The wait staff was cordial.
