Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boston

the Store itself was ok however they need to speed up service! waited almost TEN minutes when ALL i ordered was a simple ONE piece item of 6 Piece hash browns should have taken no less than 3 minutes the place was nearly empty like maybe 3-7 people before and after me service was good but again pretty slow for something that quick and easy amd few orders going out it doesnt have a drive through so why that long? also there are NO Restrooms here so its a in/out type place and hopefully one of the few that doesnt have it because honestly who wants to come in here ordering food/coffee after you JUST exited the Train Station next door? the only thing you can do is use the napkins at that TINY station area where the Straws and Sugar packets are and i dont believe it looked like this ( and actually had a restroom) before they remodeled.... i wont be back as my item was free anyways with those peel/ win stickers and was the next closest one i could get to because the line at the Wellington Dunkins had like 5-6 people and an incoming train in less than 2 mins arriving. but for real ONE thing that LONG come on! i missed my bus because of that they need to be faster if thats...

Update* Since then, this store has improved significantly. Since this store is local I gave it more tries after a while because I'm aware of how quickly a Dunks can improve or deteriorate. They had some new faces amongst familiar. Service was A+, and the coffee and lattes are SO Much better. Whatever was wrong before was obviously corrected very well and I am now a frequent customer here. I even have the app which is generous with deals. Thanks for listening Dunks!

Past review: I've gotten a writhing stomach ache 4 separate times now from this store. Staff is friendly and kind. Always have products. Never have to wait long in line. Went in the andrew square location. It was crowded behind the counter way too many employees. This was my third time going to this location. Always crowded behind the counter. Not many customers. Not counting the complete lack of social distancing. No gloves and money handlers are also handling food, and i dont mean cups and bags. Also with all that manpower they failed to get my coffee right three days in a row. I do not recommend going there. Now i get my coffee at a little store across from my office.

If dunkins doesnt want to take COVID19 seriously then they should be held liable for People dying in the neighborhood from it. They should definately be fined if not shut down.
