Five Guys — Restaurant in Boston

I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon, and it came with no bacon. That's an honest mistake that I can understand, but I figured I'd just ask if I could have a dollar back since I paid an extra dollar for the bacon in the first place. The cashier said nothing to me but took my burger and showed it to one of the cooks and then threw it out. They were making another one, which was not really what I wanted cause then I had to wait another 10 minutes or so for them to do that. And unfortunately, once they were finished with it they mistakenly gave it to a different customer. When this other customer complained that she had the wrong order, they realized and offered to make me a new one. I just took the existing one since I didn't care that it was in another person's possession for 30 seconds, but they easily just could have given me a dollar back and I would have been happy. I recently had the chance to try out Five Guys for the first time, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly and efficient staff member who took my order and got everything started.

The burgers at Five Guys are truly top-notch - the meat is juicy and cooked to perfection, and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. I also really enjoyed the fries, which are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was casual and laid-back, and it was a great place to grab a quick, satisfying meal.

In addition to the excellent food, I also have to praise the customer service at this Five Guys location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and they made sure that my experience was enjoyable from start to finish. For lunch today I was craving a BLT and wanted a hot dog and Five Guys fresh cut fries with the skin on them are delicious!!!! BLT with Pickle • Ketchup • Mustard and mayo. The Bacon was cooked crispy they use apple-wood smoked it’s has a great taste! Fresh lettuce & tomatoes sesame seed bun toasted! It was delicious a must try if you haven’t!
