Sheesha Lounge — Restaurant in Boston

We went there last Sunday. That place was definitely understaffed. I wish somebody would tell me about it when I was making a reservation over the phone or when we physically came to the place. There was only one waitress which was nice and apologized every time we had to wait for 30 minutes + for literally everything. Seems like that place has no ventilation at all. I've been in many hookah places but here you have to smell smoke from every single hookah and cigarette in the bar. We got menus after 15 mins we sat. Than when we ordered morrocan tea, in about 30 mins we got cups with tea bags labeled "pepper mint". We expected to get something nicer than this. Than, I decided to get a coffee that I chose from quite selection from the menu, because I couldn't drink that ..., the waitress replied that they had only regular. In a nutshell, we spent there a couple of hours and left that place feeling dizzy from all the smoke and disappointed that we could have gone somewhere else if we knew they are...

Horrendous staff, absolutely horrible after our latest experience. I never write reviews but this made me actually do one, HORRIBLE I’d give 0 stars if possible. Being out of town from NJ I come to a good hookah spot everywhere I visit for work just to hang out. I’ve been to this spot everytime I’ve been in Boston and enjoyed the subpar flavors but the staff was alway inattentive, playing video games every time I was there whenever needed coals or even a napkin and all they really had going for them was the hookah itself. They don’t even serve alcohol! Tall guy with hat dismissed my party at the door after one girl was looking for her ID, he RUDELY said if she can’t find it don’t bother and walks away without even lookin back to us and not even checking to see if she found it. She ended up finding her ID but we were so dissatisfied with the experience we didn’t and won’t ever want to step foot back in this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND...

We spoke to the guy up front on 03/15/15, told us it was an hour and a half wait, put down my name and went next door for a beer, an hour and a half later we stop by to follow up, guys says he called...we go ok it happens. Whats the current wait time we ask? He states 15min, OK, I am next door man just in case, cool? "Yeah sure I got you" he states. Check back in 15, guess WHAT, "brah your not getting in tonight" he says to me, at which point you can understand the frustration of waiting for almost 2 hours being out of town and all, I ask "let me see your call log and the duration of the call! He failed to do so, and got really rude with us as if we did something wrong, after all we wanted to smoke some hookah!!!

Ended up going down the block to HABIBI'S, AWESOME AWESOME PLACE, got seated in 5min and the service was ffffnnnn amazing despite of...
