To be very honest, I wasn't really expecting to be wowed by this place at first glance. Originally, I looked up Yelp and Google, seeing similar basic photos you’d typically see at any hotpot joint. Well, I was wrong. It certainly was not your typical experience. I was floored.

Food quality: 100% amazing – fresh, clean, delicious! Non-alcoholic drinks: 100% recommend! The complimentary desserts and sauce bar had so many options! The hotpot broth was super flavorful (even after the soup was refilled twice with the house special broth!). We had the tom yum, chicken collagen, and tomato broths – all of them were delicious. The collagen one was surprisingly my favorite. The only complaint I’d have about the food is that there weren’t enough “green” veggies on the menu. But veggies were plentiful, especially mushrooms. Side note: if you are allergic to certain things or cannot have certain meats, I’d stay away from here. There’s a lot of cross-contamination with nuts, veggies, fruits, and meats, which is typical for hotpot, though.

The place was impeccably clean, but once the house got full, the floors started to get super slippery due to the condensation from all the hotpot steam rising into the air. They definitely need bigger and more vents to improve ventilation! They tried their best with so many fans on the floor, but it still needed lots of help.

Service was great. I wish we got the name of our waitress. She said she worked at other locations too. She was so fun! She was very committed to giving us a full hotpot experience AND making sure our bellies were happy and full! She was all for the experience, super helpful in explaining food ingredients, how the process works, when to order more food to keep the pace going, etc. Someone needs to give her a raise!
