SPACE: single-room space with multiple treadmills & a few benches with supplies for workout sessions stacked to a side
AMENITIES: • no towels provided (BRING YOUR OWN TOWEL) • equipment is not wiped down after EVERY use • store personal belongings in open cubbies near the door • classic style water bubbled available to refill water bottles (i.e. water tank needs to be manually refilled)
ClassPass Style: • semi-personal training (by Hector) via the theme you signed up for • Be sure you have a phone on you to scan the QR code to sign in
STAFF: Hector is the owner of the space & has been in the fitness world for 12+ years and is quite knowledgeable and is passionate about working with clients one-on-one
• Workout is done in circuit style (we did 2-3 sets of 4-6 forms) based on your goal and the theme for the session • A good deal of focus is on your form to ensure you do not cause injury to yourself -- WILL BE CORRECTED if you forget • Good communication/being open about what's uncomfortable for you and/or what you're noticing about where the exercise is affecting is useful in helping adjust as needed in training session

In my 3 months with Hector so far, I have lost over 30lbs and have gained considerable and noticeable strength and muscles. The life-style change has been shocking - I am way happier, much more motivated, and actually active out of pure enjoyment. I started off with my trainer, Hector Plaza, a fine, fun loving gentleman who would give tooth and nail to help his clients achieve their goals. Love his energy on the workout floor. The gym has everything you necessarily require for workouts. You'll find many gyms that are big with uncountable equipments but you will not get the same level of commitment and focus from your instructor unlike Hector and his team at Red City Fitness.
