Starbucks — Restaurant in Boston

Today, I had a very unpleasant experience at Starbucks. The service was so slow that it felt like the staff wasn’t even aware of the customers’ presence. The line moved extremely slowly, and the employees appeared completely indifferent to their duties. There was no sense that they cared about the quality of service or customer satisfaction.

My order was prepared after a very long wait, without even an apology for the delay. The staff made no effort to be polite or friendly. All of this left an extremely negative impression. I understand that there can be tough days, but such behavior is, to put it mildly, unacceptable for a brand that positions itself as a leader in customer service.

If this has become the norm for this Starbucks, I am seriously concerned that such treatment of customers may drive even the most loyal guests away. I hope that management will pay attention to this incident and take steps to improve...

This is the worst Starbucks! Got there at 7:20 and was greeted with a sign hanging on the register informing customers that they would not open till 7:30 due to unforeseen circumstances. There was a "barista" working behind the counter so I asked for a medium coffee. She replied with "were not open till 7:30 someone called out" I replied well your here and there are no other customers so could you simply pour a cup of coffee for me. She repeated someone called out so we're not opening till 7:30. Where's the customer service there? So here I sit looking out over Dorchester Bay drinking my Dunkin Donuts Latee pondering....Do I really need the aggravation I think I'll stick with DD...

I am a frequent visitor at this Starbucks location. Staff and whole team is very nice and welcoming. Always willing to go above and beyond to make sure the drinks, tea and coffee's are made to your own perfection. They are quick as well and don't take too long; only rush I see is in the morning when kids stop in before school. But I never have any complaints. Only thing I will say is I wish I could use my points on my Starbucks app here but because it's not a corporate store location (part of Star market) they can't scan your information. However they can use any gift cards and load them on as well. I would recommend any who is on the rush to come here and get your...
