Terrible Service and Not Allergy-Friendly

I ordered pizzas over the phone for my daughter's birthday party, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The girl who took my order was rude and cut me off twice while I was trying to explain that one of the pizzas needed to be made without cheese. She wouldn’t let me finish speaking. I specifically mentioned that my daughter has a severe milk allergy and asked her to note it carefully. She dismissively responded, "Yeah, yeah, I put no cheese." However, when the pizza arrived, my daughter ate a slice and immediately had a severe allergic reaction difficulty breathing, facial swelling, and redness all over. This was a serious medical situation, and it was clear they were careless about food allergies. If you or a loved one have food allergies, do not trust this place. This is my favorite American deli/pizza take out / delivery type restaurant in the area. I love the following items and have ordered them many times: -Double bacon cheeseburger pizza or calzone(pizza preferred for this one but both are delicious) -Philly steak and cheese pizza or calzone (calzone preferred for this one, again both are on point) -Hawaiian pizza -meat master pizza or calzone -buffalo chicken cheddar waffle fries are sooo good! I had previously given them 5 stars but 2 days ago I ordered a med steak n cheese calzone and a can with delivery it went from 23.20 which seems expensive for a med and my card was pending 23.20 to an authorization of 26.20$ I don’t appreciate being robbed. Taking extra money that wasn’t part of the service is stealing. Warning this isn’t the 1st pizza shop over charging days later. The owner on the phone did a lot of stuttering as he knew what I was talking about and kept saying his boss will refund me they don’t steal. THIS IS CRAZY!!
