We ordered an Alfredo chicken spinach and feta large pizza and large mozzarella sticks. On the phone we said the pizza name and they went "so you want a white pizza" no I want an Alfredo spinach chicken and feta. They said okay. We picked it up and it was just Alfredo and cheese. I went back and she tried saying thats what we ordered. The kid on the phone said we didn't say anything about chicken spinach and feta. They said we didn't even know the name of the store so it was our fault. I had to tell her that I did know the name and she confirmed it was in fact the name. That my order was repeated a couple of times so it's not my ends fault. She was huffing and puffing at me. I tried getting a refund and she said they won't allow it since I apparently wasted the pizza. Mozzarella sticks weren't hot and the sauce was more liquid than marinara sauce. The second time I got my pizza not all the chicken was fully cooked. I had high hopes for this place but I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Is it a calzone? Is it a cheesy bread? Because it sure wasn't a margherita pizza (see photo). Oh, I mean they had a couple of leaves of basil hidden somewhere in the bread. And they did include sauce, cold and on the side. Within about 10 minutes the whole thing became really floppy. Their online ordering feels like it was made last decade - put some effort into a responsive website - the world uses things called smartphones these days. And if you're going to have coupons on your menu for use with online ordering, you should have a coupon code. The whole experience was terrible. I may be an outlier, given all the other reviews, but I hated this pizza.

Only rating on their chicken tenders and chicken cutlets(they use the same tenders for their subs). For the most part those are the only things we order. Staff majority of the time friendly when we order, I no longer get delivery but when I did I was on umass Boston campus (which is a pain and drivers were always nice and called a few minutes before). We like their chicken because it’s fresh not frozen. The only pet peeve would probably be the fact they always throw celery in the box, not exactly sure why lol it’s always hot and there’s no blue cheese so even if you have blue cheese at home it’s not good texture after it’s been a lil steamed lol

Me and my family and my neighborhood had been ordering from here for years! Decades! Came to this location for pizza even before it was pantry and it was connected to the corner store. One used to be able to enter the corner store and order pizza there. Thats long gone but we still come here. Im EXTREMELY dissapointed ever since they switched new management or ownership the shop has sold out. Its not part of the community anymore, other than the irish italian community. They changed the names on all the dishes that reflected the beauty of Dorchester streets. Now they name their dishes after other states, such as California, texas, new jersey, and dum dum dum NEW YOHK! 🤮 they name SALADS after boston sections. As a hispanic I was offended when i saw a sandwich called the channel 27 (reference to Univision a latin channel) on their menu. The dot ave? Is chicken, gravy, and cheese? I have never hung out with anyone who would think thats prideful lol. Add some bacon up in that. Lol overall they are SELL OUTS. Some of the new workers are dull and rude and not ready to serve. They dont wanna work. And the prices on all the favorites have skyrocketed like crazy and the portions are smaller and not as good as before. I was coming here every week. Now its been 2...

Sorry Pizza Pantry this is the final and last straw for me and my family. We've been long time customers even when you raised prices on the pizza and added a delivery charge. We continued to stand by you.

I don't know what's been going on with you guys in the past year half but it seems like if I don't order pizza my order seems to get screwed up. Several time we have let it slide and many times I had to call back a wait for redelivery.

I can't for the life of me figure out how you get wrong 4 Turkey and cheese subs, toasted with hots on the side so wrong. Then having to wait an hour and 15 minutes for a redelivery. Truly unacceptable...

I've spoken to the owner before and he seems like a great guy but he really needs to get his crew in order so he won't lose anymore good paying customers like me and my family.

I wish you...
