This is a review for their food truck that was scheduled to open (per their website) at 12 PM (Waltham location). I arrived around 12 30 PM and they were still not opened. There was a line of people and it was 90 degrees outside. They finally opened around 12 55 PM which is almost an hour after their scheduled time. I ordered 2 large chicken rice plates. When I came home and opened the box, one box had mostly rice and a few pieces of chicken and one box had no rice but all chicken.. I am not sure if I was supposed to mix it together..? Which I ended up doing. Read moreI dream of this place whenever I am extremely hungry. They always have food trucks roaming the greater Boston area! The staff is always really nice. I will bike miles from Brookline just to get this when I crave it. You must DROWN it in white sauce, thats the only way to eat it. Mix it after, then drown it again. The extra spicy sauce is actually extremely spicy, which is a pleasant surprise. Be careful with that stuff, it will actually be hard to eat if you use a ton. (definitely have done this but fought through the pain) Moral of the story: come here!!!!
