We enjoyed our visit 3 weeks ago and came back. This time, however, this crass female waitress with a long hair jumped around and was rude repeatedly to us first. She ignored our inquiry why they were keeping 2 sets of menus, and, when we ordered 2 and 1 more dish, she said it would take 30 min and choose one that takes 15 min. We were in no rush. I said we already chose first 2 dishes, and told her not to tell us 'don't order the 3rd one' or choose between the 2nd or 3rd dish, that was a spicy steamed fish, and politely asked her not to cross the line. Then, she ignored me and turned her back and told my partner to choose something else as I had chosen 2, but we had chosen 3 dishes "together" before she showed up within 2 min of being seated. I told her to stop being rude, segregating us. She ignored us again.
We asked for the manager to complain. She called Steve, who speaks no English, and I could hear her telling him ahead of us that we complained about her alerting us of peanut allergy. Totally irrelevant, we didn't have issue with the peanut allergy warning. She was manipulative to save herself from getting bossy around what we should order.
Steve could not understand any word in English complaint, and, suddenly touched my shoulder twice and told me to take our time, what the heck. He did not understand we were complaining of her repetitively rude behaviors. But, now he was physically putting his hands on me.
We walked out and criticized her manipulative behaviors to her, hiding behind the column at cashier's. She pretended nothing happened and never apologized.
These two employees, especially the female, has this aggression and manipulated us the repeat customers with their deceptive menus with different pictures and prices with forcible attitude ocer our preference of foods and refused the choices we made.
The owners should read this review and remove her and teach right attitude and manners to their new hall staff.
I read there are tons of complaints of them, especially this aggressive waitress.
We will not tolerate this rude and shady operation.

Read moreWell I went here 3 separate occasions and from all 3 times I've gotten the vibe that they didn't want us there and didn't want to serve us, they definitely treated us different than the other Asian or white customers, for one they didn't really want to answer any questions about the menu, just to get some help I almost had to wave a flag they just kept walking past our table, they seemed to get mad whenever you ask questions, I wish I had a translator to hear what they were mumbling under their breath whenever we needed help, but for the other tables they were all smiles and extra helpful, one time the server spilled water all over our table, food, and dipping sauce and he just laughed and wiped the table but left the watered down sauce and items, we thought he was gonna bring out new items but no he didn't, then when it came time to pay I pulled out my card like other tables had but they asked me, "can you pay cash cash is better" even though they didn't ask anyone else, I wasn't sure if it was a cultural thing or just bad days but I had to see so I gave them 3 trys and each time I felt unwelcome, the food was good but not that good to where you treat customers the way they did, I will not be returning, and the reason we went 3 times is because it's close to my sons school, the 1st time we had a dish we liked that we saw on another table and we pointed to it and it was good but when we went back the 2nd time they couldn't help us figure out what it was we had before, the 3rd time my son wanted to get the general Gao chicken which is good but they obviously don't want us in there so they win I won't spend my...
Read moreThe birthday meal that almost killed me, literally. I came in and got an order to go after having a massage, so I was hungry. A special birthday meal. I specifically stated my shellfish and peanut allergy and asked about each dish before I placed my order. I got a couple dishes paid and left. The fried rice was greasy and tasted weird. I opened the other dish and what I thought to be a mushroom was actually a peanut! A literally peanut in the dish that had no peanut ingredients. I called them to check again, and they swore up and down that no allergens were present in the dishes. I thought maybe I am being crazy and that is just a janky mushroom. I took some antihistamine just in case. I had such a strong allergic reaction I was on high doses of antihistamines for days! I called the next day to have the peanut and possible shellfish oil dish refunded, as they could have killed me. The woman pretended to not understand English well, and kept asking me what my order was, when I kept saying I needed a refund for the dish and told her that they could have killed me. She then passed the phone off and started laughing and talking trash in the background with someone else in perfect English, which I could hear. The woman she passed the phone to- I don't know if she was also pretending or could not understand me. I just hung up, I was so angry.
