The Halal Guys — Restaurant in Boston

Don't go here!! I ordered from Halal Guys directly and they contracted through Uber eats to deliver the food. When the driver arrived, that package looked like it had been mishandled. So I opened the package in front of him to show him how all the food had spilled out either during packaging or transport. He didn't speak a word of English and just kept signaling to "call" and drove away. When I called Halal guys, they said it wasn't their fault & wouldn't take the time to understand the issue. I asked for the name of the individual I was speaking to and he said he was the "night time owner" and refused to provide his name. Just an unreasonable individual with no training on how to resolve issues. Halal guys contracted the delivery through a 3rd party so if the driver is at fault (like the "night time owner" claims), Halal guys should be taking responsibility. Instead, this individual just was just rude on the phone and then hung up. It's a waste of money. And they don't have a corporate number to call for resolutions. Complete scam!

Generous Portions and Tasty Food, But Service Could Be Improved

I had mixed feelings after my visit to The Halal Guys. The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were incredibly generous—especially the extra protein. I always ask for extra protein at places like Chipotle and Qdoba, and I’ve never gotten as much as I did here. That alone was impressive and worth coming back for!

However, the service left a bit to be desired. I had a hard time understanding the staff when I asked for the bathroom code, and even after asking a couple of times, I still couldn’t make it out. I ended up trying what I thought I heard, but the code didn’t work. Honestly, I was already a bit turned off by the lack of warmth from the staff, so I gave up trying. I later noticed another customer having the same issue—she couldn’t get in either and eventually just left.

The food was great, but a little more attentiveness and clearer communication would make the overall experience so much better. I’ll definitely come back for the food, but I hope the service...

It was my first experience, and the service was so so so amazing the man with bleu t shirt with glasses 🕶️ .. was nice with me he explained to me well gives me multiple options to choose and smiling all the time the team gives a good vibes .. the order was really fast to made wish is amazing I really loved the combination between colours in the store the lights was perfect not the one who hurt eyes .. the platter was so so so delicious the beff cooked well the shawarma too I loved the sauce on top gives an amazing taste I did go to the recet room after I finished eating and it was so so so clean .. the hall atmosphere was amazing I give it 10/10 if I can give more then this I will 20/10 I want try it over and over this time I will bring family and friends.
