Documneted March 17th 545 am Because you cant leave multiple reveiws i guess ill have to update this one and add in another terrible experience ive had. After having the widest customer service experience. I asked for a corporate number. I was told it was on my receipt which was the local stores number then she proceeded to say theres a survey number as well that i could do that. I expressed that there is no coorprate number on the recipt and im not interested in a survey that i want a corporate number finally after back and forth bantering I was given the number but not as an actual number. I was told to call 1800imlovinit which is in fact not a working number when i expressed to her that the number was invalid she refused to give me the proper number and proceeded to say she had other customers in line. I was at the front of the line and should have been helped before anyone else. Had she just given me the number I would have been on my way and the problem would have been solved. This is not my first negative experience with this child like employees attitude. A woman of her demeanor should not ever work, not only customer service but any job that deals with the public, she was condescending, passive agressive, and refused to negate or fix the issue at hand. Her name was Montze.
Every single time I bring my family here the play area is closes. No matter what time of day or night. I am a local here in boulder city and give this facility more money then I would ever like to admit. I already despised coming here due to the extremely rude staff, mostly scheduled between 2 and 5pm, and to be more specific management, but I still continued my business here because my kids love the play area. It appears they only close it down to avoid families using it and then it having the be cleaned. This isn't an assumption I've actually been told this. They need to get it together. We're limited in this town on fast food options and this is the only place in town with a play area outside of a park. Which isn't always a feasible option depending on the time, weather, and condition of the park itself and it's equipment. And lastly my order is almost always wrong. I ordered two meals, and they had me pull forward, and I had no problem doing it… Until all the cars behind me got to go including the two cars that they had wait in that same line to pull forward as me… And when I called them because I couldn’t get out of the car because my 2yr old nephew was in the car with me, she was giving me the dirtiest attitude and making it seem like I was a bad person for just calling and checking since I can’t come inside. As I’m on the phone with her for 2 minutes, and she’s naming off orders that don’t belong to me, somebody finally comes outside and I told her somebody is here, let me check the order. And I asked the other lady that brought the food can you wait one second while I checked the order you guys had me waiting here for a while and when I was calling in she named two or three different orders that were not mine so I want to make sure this is the right one, she starts walking away and I said excuse me can you please wait because I don’t have the capability to get out of the car if you made a mistake because my nephew is in the car and she said I don’t care I have other orders you’re not a priority… you are aware that your entire job revolves around serving people food, so when I order food and I wanna check that food, that makes me a priority! I cannot get over how trashy the service in Vegas has gotten after the pandemic! It does not matter where you go, you are more than likely to receive bad service than a good experience. I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THE GUY IN THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW WAS DISRESPECTFUL AND MADE SOME RUDE COMMENTS ABOUT OUR NATIONALLITY . WE WERE NOT HAPPY ABOUT AND WHEN WE GOT TO THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW OUR ORDER WERE NOT GIVEN CORRECTLY FOOD WAS COLD NO MAC SAUCE ON OUR BURGERS. THEY WHEN I TOLD THE GIRL IN THE WINDOW I HAD TO WAIT ABOUT A MINUTE IN THE WINDOW AND KEPT WAVING PEOPLE DOWN AND FINALLY WHEN SOMEONE OPENED THE WINDOW THEY GAVE ME THE FINGER TO HOLD ON FOR ANOTHER MINUTE. WHEN THE GIRL CAME BACK TO HELP US SHE GAVE ME AN ATTITUDE AND ASKED FOR MY RECEIPT . THEN THEY TOOK A BIT MORE TO GIVE ME MY BURGER THEY HAVE ME AN ATTITUDE THE HOLE TIME AND WERE RUDE THEY NEVER SMILED OR ANYTHING . THEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER WHO I REPORTED THE HOLE THING AND I WAS JUST SHOCKED ABOUT THE HOLE ORDEAL . THE GUY WHO TOOK OUR ORDER GOT UNDER MY SKIN BECAUSE OF HIS COMMENTS AND I WASNT ABLE TO FULLY EXPLAIN TO THE MANAGER WHAT HE SAID BECAUSE SHE KEPT INTURUPTING ME AND I WAS EMOTIONAL AT THAT TIME I WANTED TO CRY . MY FATHER SERVED THIS COUNTRY IN 2 WARS FOR ME TO BE FREE AND FOR SOMEONE JUST TO DISCRIMINATE AGAINST ME BECAUSE OF MY SKIN COLOR IS UNACCEPTABLE.
