We only order wild French fries from good times and their jalapeño popper things. We always get a large wild fry. We went to this good times, ordered a large fry and the dude tried to give us a small fry order. So we went back to get the correct order and he insisted that the tiny bag of fries was the large order and he has worked there for many years.
We've been to this goodtimes before and we've gotten a large order. They were really trying to sell us 4$ small fry and that bag wasn't even filled. Who ever the dude was behind the counter tonight was essentially trying to steal from us. We are on our way to a different good times and are very tempted to come back and show the ignorant man what a large wild fries looks like.
We went to the good times in Broomfield, recieved the correct order from them. Went back to this good times to show the dude the correct size for the large wild fries and he literally started pointing his finger out the window and just saying "what do you want me to do" and tried to tell us that we had in our hands natural fries when in fact they were wild fries, the same ones we tried to order from this place. Then some lady tries to tell us that we were the problem and were looking for a problem because we came back twice.
We came back the first time because our order was wrong, then you refused to give us the correct order so you gave us our change back (minus 40 cents, which we discovered at the good times in Broom field when we attempted to use the exact change to buy the order and were short :/ ). Then the second time we came back to show you that you were either lying to us, or you were mistaken. And by your actions, id say you are fully aware that you gave us the wrong order size.
When you do this to every customer you are stealing food and money and a lot by the end of the day. I've worked in the service industry most of my life and have never met a manager that was jumping at the opportunity to be difficult and cause problems where there shouldn't be any. He just stopped speaking at one point and just stood there lookin like a dummy. I had to ask him if there was anything he had to say and he said "what do you want?" Which we've already gone through this. I wanted a large wild fry order lol. I should never have to tell you how to fix the situation. Not that the question was a...
Read moreThe evening of July 10, 2012, I went to the local Good Times in Boulder, CO (approximately 9:30p MST) and was horrified with what I witnessed. (Good Times address: 2050 26th Street, Boulder, CO 80301).
Upon reaching the walk-up order window, there was a large cockroach sitting on the outside counter. As soon as I alerted a Good Times employee, he gathered his coworkers to watch as he reached through the window (from the Good Times kitchen) and speared the cockroach with a plastic, Good Times fork.
From here, the Good Times employee proceeded to put the still alive cockroach in the faces of other Good Time employees.
Next, this employee and another Good Times employee proceeded to put Good Times BBQ sauce on the cockroach and pretended to feed it to one another.
After several minutes of watching, in shock, the initial employee proceeded to light the cockroach on fire with a personal lighter - immediately beside a table full of Good Times food items.
After dismembering the cockroach for approximately 5 minutes in the Good Times kitchen (visible to all customers), the employee discarded the cockroach in a trashcan and proceeded to make my order.
Immediately following, I requested a Manager who refunded my order without question. To my surprise, the Manager was among the employees who witnessed, and participated in this disturbing act.
I've already contacted the Good Times corporate office, however, have received no notification of receipt or plan of action.
For the health and safety of yourself and others, I do not recommended visiting this Good...
Read moreHonestly, the food is overhyped because of the company marketing and labeling the food as “antibiotic free” “hormone free” etc. But I was super disappointed when I got my food order. The burger was tasteless, the didn’t have a gluten free bun option, so I ordered a lettuce wrap instead. My food came out absolutely inedible. I couldn’t pick it up with my hands and eat it, I couldn’t use a fork and knife to eat it. All the toppings were scattered over the place, and when I took a bite out of the patty the meat was dry and seasonless. “Hormone free” only means something if you’re able to eat the food. Little did I know that the “wild fries” were battered, so I was unable to eat them. I paid 10$ for a bite of burnt cow. I’m highly disappointed and will make sure my friends and family won’t ever purchase from Good Times again. Their great branding campaign shouldn’t be a reason why they skimp on the quality of food. If you want a decent meal, go to Five Guys instead. Do not waste...
