Crumbl — Restaurant in Bowie

Finally stopped by the Bowie Crumbl after work and it did not disappoint! The staff greeted me right away, which was a nice touch. This location is a little smaller than others I’ve been to, but since it wasn’t crowded it honestly worked out fine.

I did run into one minor hiccup while I was there, but the manager jumped in quickly and handled it without any fuss, which honestly made me feel even better about this location. Great service goes a long way!

Now, let’s talk about the reason I came, the Dubai Chocolate Brownie I’ve been seeing all over social media. The crunchy texture with the rich fudge brownie, was so worth the hype! I’m so glad they had it in stock because it absolutely blew me away.

The fact that this Crumbl is literally around the corner from me? Equal parts blessing and curse. I won’t be swinging by every week (my willpower says thank you), but knowing I can grab something this good whenever the craving strikes? Bowie Crumbl, you’ve officially made it onto my...

Deceptive advertising for the Grand Opening. I saw Free Cookie Day on Instagram and was excited to get a free cookie. Only told once I arrived that it was free chocolate chip cookie WITH PURCHASE. No where on Instagram or this Facebook post does it indicate that. I have no problem with the business trying to earn money but this was not the way to advertise that. I still got my cookie which was delicious but it's not right to do a bait-and-switch with the offer. Don't say free cookie if it's really buy 1 get one free. Not a great start to the new location. Hoping for better things in the future here.

Come to this store often as its by my job. Never had a bad experience until today. Myself and another gentleman placed our order and while standing waiting for the orders the staff was in the back was having a good time laughing as if we weren't waiting patiently. The guy next to me was also getting very frustrated. The one of the young lady's was touching and banging the cookie scoop on the counter while laughing and having the most inappropriate conversation and then scooped the cookie dough up.
