I'd give them a ZERO if possible. I spent $138 for flowers for my mom for Mother's Day and they were NEVER delivered. There was NO phone call, text or e-mail indicating a delay or problem. I got a confirmation e-mail with all of the correct info and confirmation of payment from PayPal. It took me six tries to reach them today, with my first five tries landing me in a full voicemail box. The woman who answered assured me that my money would be refunded, but was exceedingly rude. I highly recommend that you avoid this business completely!!!

UPDATE: In response to the owner's reply, I did NOT yell and scream. I was angry and obviously so, but with good reason. However, I never raised my voice other than to speak firmly and loudly enough to be heard over her constant and incredibly rude interruptions. It is obvious to me that this shop bit off more than they could chew and were simply too overwhelmed to fulfill all of the orders received. I was told there was a pop-up disclosure online before final confirmation informing me that the flowers might not get there until the following day, but that was NOT the case. Every time I attempted to speak, I was cut off by the woman on the phone and she was combatant in her speech to me.

I am finished with this conversation. The owner is simply trying to save face and deflect. If there are any further comments from...

I placed an order for a premium bouquet. Once all the fees, delivery, etc. were added in the price was about $140. I was very surprised to receive a photograph from my niece that showed a bouquet that was not premium. The flowers were snapdragons, daisies etc. The level of flower you would expect to get out of grocery store, not a premium bouquet from a florist. When I called to complain, it was explained to me that these were premium flowers. Also, she pointed out that I asked for “designer’s choice”, and this is what the designer had chosen. Every arrangement featured on their site featured roses, ronoculus, or some other premium flower. When I mentioned that, for example, there were no roses. It was explained to me that roses do not belong in birthday bouquets. ??? To make it better, the person on the phone said the next time I Order, I can ask for standard, and it will be upgraded to premium. As if I would ever come here again.

I am attaching a photo. You tell me if you think this looks like a $140 arrangement. Also, see that little piece of ribbon? That is a bow for which I was charged extra. I do a lot of business with florists, all over the country. I don’t think that my expectations were unreasonable based on my experiences with many...

Had last minute flowers delivered to my sister for her birthday. The bouquet was beautiful and the service was AMAZING!!!

Update: gotta remove a couple of stars unfortunately. I would still highly recommend this shop for minor celebrations, but for major ones, ie, Mother's Day, Valentines Day-avoid. They are not equipped to handle high volume orders and don't seem to be able to manage limiting their orders to fit their actually supply.

I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before Mother's Day, they were never delivered. I spoke to the owner who said they had been overwhelmed, they would try to deliver on Monday after, and I should text the details of my mothers order. I did, and I even gave an alternate, CLOSER address for delivery just in case because my mom has limited mobility and can't always get to the door. Well, I then received an email informing me that the order was canceled because they didn't have the product.

Honestly, the fact that they didn't initiate communication when they realized they couldn't fulfill the orders in a timely fashion is what was bothersome for me. I'd still try them for birthdays and anniversaries, but for now, avoid for...

I was looking for a local florist that could handle a semi-specific request for my anniversary. I was looking for some very specific flowers as we have cats, and I know a number of flowers can be toxic to our fur family. I spoke with Lanae, and she was absolutely fantastic... friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. She listened to what I was looking for, and then gave me a great alternative I hadn't thought of - and she was able to deliver in a convenient time frame. As soon as my wife got home, we started talking... once she saw the flowers, her jaw dropped and she said "oh my god, those are so beautiful" and quickly went to them to get all the sniffs and smells... It definitely wasn't an Oopsie to use Oopsie Daisies Florist. Highly recommended.

I used Oopsie Daisies for a Valentines Day delivery for my wife. We had a couple challenges due to the uncertainties that can come with a Valentines Day delivery schedule and my wife's office hours not lining up, but I received a prompt call from the owner keeping me in the loop and working with me to ensure I was accepting of any deviations from the plan. Obviously a hiccup is never ideal, but if you've ever used a big website storefront, a hiccup is a dealbreaker, navigating 800 numbers and robocalls. The customer service from a local shop can't be beat. And... you simply can't argue with these results, it is a stunning arrangement. My wife loves them. I strongly recommend supporting your local shops and consider Oopsie Daisies for your florist needs.
