Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bowie

Please note that I am a commuter student traveling 1-2 hours from home.**

I ordered a mobile order online for two meat lover melts. One melt with no ham, no pork. The other with no pork pieces (online, the option literallysaus pork with image of what looks like shredded pork), no Italian sausage. Order came out wrong the first time with both having ham. When remade, they both had ham and no Italian sausage. Requested refund. Refund was denied at first and told to come back the next day. I was told that since four melts were made, and one was made currently, that I would only receive half a refund. I was also fussed at and demanded to take one with me. I have not touched the melt at all. I just want my full refund. 😩 Additionally, isn't the meat lovers supposed to have bacon on it? Honest question, do the melts normally have onions on it? There isn't an option for the meat lovers melt on the...

This is the most ghetto Pizza Hut I have ever experienced. The young lady who took the order over the phone repeated an order that wasn’t mine three times; even after being corrected each time. We finally get the order correct, only to get home and the pizza was undercooked. The pizza was room temperature (we only live 5 mins away from the restaurant). The toppings were falling off the pizza and the cheese was melted a little more than in its original form and the crust was as thin as crackers; despite ordering a pan pizza. I called the manager and she tried to argue with me about what I ordered. She then told me to bring the pizza back and they will remake it. No thanks. I will never visit this location again. Everytime i come here its always a problem . I ordered online and there isn’t a note section to add to my order. I called them asking to get the sauce for my wings on the side the sauce it comes on the side. A lady answered the phone and I explained what I want and she says it will be 1.05 , why am I getting charged for requesting the sauce that is coming on the wings to be on the side ?

Then the lady keeps saying you want it on the side so its 1.05 ? Is it for inconvenience or what ? Because i dont understand just box my wings up (dry) and put my sauce on the side ????
