The wait time is ridiculous, i understand that everywhere is short staffed however this is just lack of efficiency and poor customer service. There have been many time where knowing the the wait is long i show up 10-20 min later then my pick up time from a mobile order knowing the wait is always without fail longer then it says. But after ordering this evening and selecting the “pick up now” option i showed up 20 minutes after placing the order. Within 5 minutes of being there i was asked my name so they could start working on my order (which didn’t even contain 2 full meals). So tell me why i had to wait in Popeyes for another 25 minutes. So “pick up now” really means it wont be ready for almost an hour. Today was the longest wait that i have had in a while but after a lot of time being able to observe well waiting for my meals i have a few other complaints. The kitchen staff seem to not be able to keep their masks on. My fiancé is high risk and being a customer service employee myself during the pandemic i can say its not that hard to work in a mask. Especially in the food industry how is this not being more enforced? The employees in the front taking and preparing orders have the worst team work i have seen, and the employee training the new team members seems to be passive aggressive and rude to the new hires iv witnessed this on multiple occasions. I also witnessed a verbal fight between 2 employees well they were preparing orders, curse words and minor threats were said. All in all the food is good but wow the most unpleasant unpredictable experience receiving my order every time. Read moreIf I wasn’t desperate, I would have asked for a refund like one of the customers after me did, but I had already waited 25 minutes, so I stayed. While I waited, I watched as several other customers got their food, even if they came after me. The manager halfway prepared my order and then had to stop to tend to the incompetent cashiers to help with the upset customers who are all waiting in an unreasonably long line. It literally took two incompetent cashiers to equal one functioning one. I watched as the other cash register continued to be unused, since the one competent employee happened to be on his break. There were moments when NO register was being used, as the kids walked back and forth, trying to figure out which order they were preparing. Finally, I approached and asked how long on my order. The competent order prep employee, who was mostly tending to mobile orders, asked why no one did my order. Apparently, after the manager stopped halfway through my order prep, someone else took bits and pieces of my food to give to others after me. The kind lady stayed on top of my order and put it together, but the sandwiches that were supposed to be mine were given out, so they had to start from scratch on those, which prolonged my wait. Once I got home, I found that their “large” mac & cheese was filled only halfway, which meant it couldn’t be shared at home, since it was only enough for one of my kids. Read moreWorst place ever! The managment here is the worst i have ever seen! First off a manager who took my order was very rude! I literally dont go here but my children decided they wanted to try there food. To feed my family there cost over 50$! You would think with a manager who took my order that would not even listen to me to where after she asked me several times how may i help you and my reply back was my order and for what ever reason she would not change my order to what i was asking for until i had to repeat myself loudly to where she still was lost. After about the 10th time she finally did it right! Then with that being said we also waited in line for 30 min. I get out food after watching this lady throw all my food in 1 bag and biscuits just thrown in there and no fries! Then after looking thru it half my chicken and cole slaw was not in there. Food was cold and not fresh. I imeditally went to the counter and of course the manager who rung me up and packed my order was no where to be found. So there was another manager there who imeditally looked at me to see that i was upset and asked me to hand her my bag and she went and replaced all my food with nothin asked.
