Waited in drive thru for quite some time. Employee came out to vehicle 3 times to ask what we were waiting on. Finally on the 3rd time, she was handed the receipt. Then we were still missing food in the bag. We only purchased 3 meals, 2 of them being just 10 piece nugget meals and a 10 piece was missing still. We went back up there to retrieve our missing food and the manager was very rude and disrespectful, when she was asked for her name, she turned around and walked off. I called up there to get the managers name and Lindsey informed me that she couldn’t give me the other managers name, I asked what the purpose of a name tag was and she told me it was only for dine in guest, the rude manager didn’t even have a name tag on anyway or we would have had her name as we were having to deal with her smart mouth over our missing food… what sense does that make? Maybe McDonalds needs to actually lower their employees pay considering even the managers can’t do their job properly and while their at it, go ahead and lower the price on their food also, since everybody that comes through the drive-through is missing items. Maybe then, customers can start getting some of their money back for all they have wasted at this store. Also, this is only one occasion I’m speaking on, it’s a repeat issue every single time we go there, the only reason why we continue to just give our money away to McDonald’s is only because we have kids they want it and it’s close to home, if it was up to me, I’d never waste my money...
Read moreLobbies being closed we ordered curbside pickup with their app and specifically chose a location that accommodates semis, RV's, etc. Since we were there in a large RV, we chose the partially marked semi curbside pickup parking. Now they have 2 signs that read semi/bus parking adjacent to the drive thru. However, there are 0 "#" spot signs for this. All they have marked and designated for this are the 2 or 3 spots directly in front of the window FOR CARS! Due to this, we called the store to let them know we ordered online, curbside pickup in an RV, in the semi parking area. This message was not relayed to the employee running orders because, we watched him wander through the cars parking area in front of us. My husband asked him if he was looking for curbside spot #9? He confirmed that he was and came to us. He seemed very irritated and when he handed the food to my husband, he dumped the drinks all over him and the inside of the rv. I have ran restaurants for over 10 years and I have never been treated so poorly or accused of counterfeit money even after providing my receipt proving I paid with a card. I had the police called on me and was held all because the manager thought it was me and only me not the person in front or behind me who paid received their food and got to go on with their day. To top it off I have even have proof I paid with a card which I offered to show the manager but he was dead set of accusing me but I give it to the police who took the time to look at it before accusing me and that is the only reason I am not being charged with a counterfeit felony. They have cameras at the speaker the window etc and because of I’m mixed and having a bad hair day I’m viewed as a crook by management who could’ve just as easily been guilty of placing that bill there.
