Ordered drive through. Part of my order, I said, "Son of Baconator combo, small, root beer."

Pull up to the first window and wait for a while, no response from the person at the register. They even turned their back to the window at one point.

I pull to the second window, and it's a chore to pay. Told them about waiting at the first window. They had to yell at the guy to get it figured out. As I receive my order, I'm missing a fry, and they upcharged me .40 for a medium drink on my small combo.

I go inside, and FIVE different people walk by while I'm holding my bag of food and receipt, no acknowledgement. Finally, someone says, hang on, and then walks past me to take a customer's order before getting to me. What?

I tell the lady once she gets back to me about the missing fry, and also explain that I was upcharged for a drink I didn't want. A manager walks up and asks what's wrong, and this cashier says, "I thought this was gonna be simple, but now he's talking a fry AND a drink." How is that complicated?

I explain to the manager, I don't expect anything for the drink, just wanted to make a comment that I was overcharged, essentially. I just want my small fry. Quite an ordeal for two biggie bags...

Breakfast at 8:15am. Pros 1. Good was hot 2. Went through drive thru fast 3. They didn't charge me for ice water 4. Relatively cheap. 5. Guy gave coupons when handing back my card.. Ok now for the Cons 1. Food was extremely greasy so my sandwiches slid apart 2. They put 1 or two items per bag so I had three bags. 3. The order was not correct. One sandwich was suppose to be sausage egg and cheese. I got no sausage but I looked and was charged correctly so I didn't go back. 4. Sausage on my croissant was rubbery 5. The food seemed it had been in a warmer for quite some time 6. The lady that gave my food at the second window was not friendly at all. I ask if she happen to put a fork in the bag, if not could I please get one. She almost rolled her eyes as she turn around to take two steps to get one. Then when I said I appreciate that, she didn't even respond. Just went about handing me my bag and drinks. Overall Wendy's may be an OK place to eat but I don't know if I would recommend this location. Oh and did I mention this was my first time EVER having Wendy's breakfast. Not a good...
