I've been going to this little ceasers for years and I've never had an issue. I did once have a pizza come out wrong that was accidentally ruined (cheese fell to one side) and they still gave me the pizza and another at no cost to me.
Edit (Jan,22,2019): as of lately I do find that the staff can be backed up around lunch and dinner hours. If you want to get in and out quickly, order beforehand, or come at a different time.
Edit (Feb, 8,2019): needless to say, whoever is in charge of staff right now doesn't know what they're doing. The last 3 visits, I waited over 40 minutes for a thin crust pizza.. Really sad as we have been customer’s since they opened but sadly, we are done.
It’s a $6 Extra Most Pizza so my expectations are not very high but I do want value for my money.

The Hot-N-Ready model is efficient and surprisingly consistent. You walk in, grab a pizza, and you’re out in minutes.
The taste? Solid for the price. The crust is buttery and soft, the cheese pull is decent, and while the sauce leans a bit sweet, it’s crowd-pleasing. Is it the best pizza you’ll ever have? No. But for six to eight dollars, it’s a no-brainer when you need something quick and filling.
