Never ate here & was driving by & decided to stop in, worst decision.
after the lady made my food & I was by the spring rolls about to pay, I notice the spring rolls had a tong that had a long piece of red/brown/black hair all wrap on the tong inside of the bowl that had the spring rolls.
I told the girl that was going to ring me up that theirs hair in it & she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about, another girl was sweeping & said “yes theirs hair in the spring rolls & tongs”
so the girl that was going to ring me up took the hair out sneakily, I asked her if she is going to throw the spring rolls out & replaced the tongs & she lied & said their was nothing in the tongs because she didn’t want the other customers to hear/see it & then asked me if I wanted spring rolls???
they gave the lady behind me the spring rolls that was mix in with the tongs that had hair, they didn’t throw the spring rolls away or replace the tong.
the lady that prepared my food tried to tell me not to say their was hair in the tongs or food, which I thought was crazy of her to say. When I tried to say the reason I didn’t want my food anymore she tried to brush the topic off so the other customers couldn’t hear which I’ve never experienced in a restaurant.
If a customers saw hair in the food etc, what I’m use to employees or managers doing is replacing the food & utensils but they tried to sweep the issue under the rug.
I didn’t make a big deal of it or tried to tell other customers since it seems like their was no point the lady behind me that got the spring rolls heard me mentioning the hair & still ordered it & those 2 employees were acting as if their was nothing wrong.
I wish I took a picture but I didn’t think I would’ve wrote a review because I assume this establishment was professional & was going to do the proper thing & I was disgusted.
I told her I’m not eating here anymore, I ended up not getting my food at all because that incident & the way they handled it just prove this place is dirty.

I ordered a plate with vegetables, teriyaki chicken & sweet fire chicken & took it to go. I'm glad I decided to eat some of it before I drove off, because it tasted so bad. All of it tasted awful, to the point where it immediately hurt my stomach. I decided I couldn't eat it & I went back into the store to ask for a refund. I politely spoke to the cashier lady & explained that the food was just not good. She asked if I wanted something else & I said no I just want a refund. She then explained that she couldn't issue a refund because the manager is not in today & I would have to come tomorrow. I said no one here is able to issue out a refund or a gift card for me today, I'm not able to come back tomorrow cause I work all day. She said that only the managers can give refunds and insisted I try something else or come back the next day. I said it's fine I don't want anything else, I won't be able to come back tomorrow & I threw my food away. I understand that there's a lot going on in world right now, with the labor shortage and food shortage and things are difficult for a lot of businesses. However, staff should be able to contact a supervisor if something like this happens, so maybe the supervisor can be on the phone with them to help issue out refunds. Because what if it wasn't that I didn't like the food, what if I realized I was overcharged for something I didn't order would I still have to come back the next day to get a refund, that should not be...
Read moreFirst time calling ordering from panda express, and the girl who answered this afternoon was rude, not at all friendly, I asked her about a coupon she tells me "well I don't know" I'm like um well if I have to order online I would like to use the coupon . She tells me come to the store, I wasn't sure what part I missed or what she didn't understand the point of delivery was not to go to the store. The thing is I wasn't seeing were to put the coupon code. She tells me hold on I have to ask. So I hear her talking to someone else, "saying this person on the line" I was like this person is a parking customer, being acknowledge like that I was so close to not order but my husband really wanted to try it, I said thank you and I hung up.
