I will never return to this place took my Autistic son here to get his haircut walked in had to wait until someone finally came up to us and told us we had to sign in the women took him back to wash his hair then cut his hair I proceeded to pay with cash the women said oh your paying with cash I only had a fifty dollar bill on me she went to the back to get chang came back out it looked like she tested the bill with the marker witch I understand then she proceeded to walk over to a costumer in the chair getting his haircut if the bill was real after testing it her self I've never felt more out of place in my life it made my son felt like we were doing something wrong they finally gave me my chang I paid for the hair cut and even tiped her even after being treated the way we were because I hade my son with me after we got in the car my son was so overwhelmed with the situation after calming him down I hope this is not the way they treat people with special needs because if so this is not the place very unprofessional service I will let all my family and friends know never to go here and will let other families with children will special needs never to go here for anything I emailed the company and still haven't heard back from them I waited to write this review but I've waited enough they will never get anymore Business from me ever again 1st experience last experience stay away...

Cudo's to the place, the atmosphere, the welcoming way they have that made me feel comfortable my first time there! The pricing is fine and even though they dont do appointments the old traditional way,, Ive never had to wait more than just a few minutes...My stylist was Kelly who is a consumate professional and knows her job well and I am liking that cuz you know how hard it can be to find that barber or stylist who gives you exactly the cut you want"....Let me just tell you,,, This is the second time that Kelly has cut my hair...She remembered me and my "No Layers please". Horrible experience all around. They gave my son and husband awful haircuts and when saying he didn't like it they said they are busy. My husband had our son and didn't want to make a scene and get police called so he came home and I called. He left to another barbershop and spent an additional $82 fixing what they messed up and ruined our plans. I called them and I was told a phone call would be returned in 20 minutes. Almost two hours go by and I call back and they say they are busy and put me on hold then hang up! I call back again and demand a phone call. They said ok have a good day and hung up so I drove down there. As I was about to get out of the car they call my husband and owner says we don't give refunds and said his employee was amazing and said we ruined his Father's Day lol.
