Sat down and after a few minutes the server told us she'd be with us shortly... and then again 5 minutes later she repeated herself. Finally she approached us and sat down at our table stating, "im gonna sit down since this is the first time ive sat all day"..... alright. We ordered our beers and she pulls out her phone to check if they actually had the beers we ordered. I don't know if it was an app the restaurant uses or just a website... anyways whatever. She told us they did have the beers. She returned with a pint glass and a 10 ounce snifter which seemed incorrect as the menu denoted both beers be served in a pint glass and we notified her of this inmediately to which she went and inquired. 3-5 minutes later she asked if "Brittany" had come to talk to us yet. I don't know why brittany would need to talk to us...? Either replace the beer or let us order another. 5 minutes later Brittany did arrive to inform us that the beer we recieved was not the beer we ordered and in fact a different beer that had a higher ABV and hence served in a snifter glass. Also told us that the menu was incorrect. No apology, just an explanation as to why we were getting this beer in front of us.....REALLY? Like i get it that sometimes a server at these craft beer bars can have ignorant moments and not know what they're doing but you're the manager and not only did you think that was an appropriate response, you went ahead and told a guest that. When we called her out on her poor response she stated "im not gonna argue with you guys, if you want me to just comp the round i will if you guys want to leave". LMAO alright Brittany. I ended up paying for the two beers as my girlfriend felt so uncomfortable in the place that we just wanted to leave immediately. First and last time visiting,...

I went for first time last night and will not be back again. We sat outside and it took forever for a waiter to come give us menus so we got up had to get our own. Then once we put in a drink, water and app order the waiter didn’t come by for 20 mins minimum. She finally brought our drinks and app but no water. So we asked again if we could get a plastic cup of water as we had our dog with us. 20 mins go by still no water. Finally she comes back with the water cup and ask WOULD YOU LIKE TO PUT IN AN ORDER? We say yes and put in the order. I swear on everything 30 mins go by and we finally flag her down and say you can just box up our food whenever it comes out we’re ready to go. She then goes to back and comes back to say” DID YOU GUYS PUT IN AN ORDER? I don’t have any orders in for you?! Completely telling a lie to cover her own mistake of not remembering to put in our order.

Completely unacceptable customer service. We waited over an hour for no food, not even asked to help fix the situation of forgetting our order instead get told well you guys can go ahead and pay for the food and drinks I did serve you. Table was never cleaned off from appetizers. Waitress could barely remember to bring us water. I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with this place. I heard the food and drinks were amazing but unfortunately I will not be coming back and don’t know if I’ll recommend it to...

It pains me to leave a bad review for any business but this was horrible: I have now given this place three chances to not be horrible but all three times it was just disgusting. The first time we went, we say ourselves outside (because it's self seating) the waitress informed us she'll be right with us, never showed up and they weren't even busy there were four tables all in all! Second time we went in because an Instagram post drew us in. It was a post of chicken and waffles, and honestly it looked right out of a book! So we were sold, we went in and we order and received two waffles that looked like heated up eggos, and chicken strips; the English muffin and egg and cheese sandwich literally looked and tastes microwaved except it was so cold. The third time we went in was tonight. After ten minutes of waiting, and once again there were only about five or six tables , we finally got what is probably known as the rudest waitress I've ever met in my life. I asked her "what do you suggest" and her response ? "I don't know whatever you're in the mood for" I asked her "what do you like" her response, " I don't know whatever I'm in the mood for" I looked baffled ! She went inside after I asked for a sample of beer and I just felt uneasy so we got up and left. I will never be returning to this location ever again! Rude and...
