I don't care if this is first world problems or I sound like a Karen. I was VERY excited to find a boba place close to me. I randomly googled and found this place. I saw on their site they were not allowing double boba, when I went I asked the cashier if they were still not allowing double boba. she said no, you can get double boba no problem!! I was like wow amazing I was super excited about it. Then she says you know what actually sorry no, we only have a little left for the night. MIND YOU this was an hour before close. WHY would you not just honor your word and give me the double boba? make an up sale.. more money for your business? make your customer happy? You're worried you're going to run out of BOBA an hour before close? so you've decided after telling me I could have it that I no longer can... Read moreMy sister and I have been coming to sugar milk since they started inside the ramen lab in Delray Beach and we’ve never had an issue until today at this location. For as often as I come here It made me really sad that they couldn’t even make an exception. My sister ended up taking that tea just to help but she shouldn’t have done that. I’m not really angry but more so disappointed in the lack of understanding and customer service provided by the people on this shift: The reason I’ve always loved sugar milk is precisely because they adjust sugar levels (unlike most of their competitors...
Read moreThe boba was delicious but there is a specific manager I’ve noticed when I come in always with an attitude who also at times snaps at the employees. I witnessed this woman yelling at an employee when i was there. You should not be yelling at employees in front of customers, it’s HIGHLY unprofessional. And as someone who has been in leadership position you lead by example. She’s not always there when i come in, but you can just see the difference when she’s there and isn’t. When she isn’t there the employees are normally very sweet and interactive, but the moment shes there you can just see and feel the tension, and if your lucky like me you see it first hand. Please be aware of the staff/people you guys hire and put into...
