Starbucks — Restaurant in Boynton Beach

If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars that’s what they’d get. The first Starbucks I went to on Federal Hwy& Woolbright was filthy, we walked in all employees turned and looked at us then turned away without an “I’ll be with you in a minute” or even a hello. We stood there for ten minutes waiting to be acknowledged yet nothing as I stood there I looked behind the counter (I’m a barista in CA so I understand standards) their sanitizer buckets were not clear liquid they were rags going into water so dirty it might as well have been milk. After seeing that I had seen all I needed to see so we went to another Starbucks, this location I’m reviewing. While we did get greeted the place was absolutely filthy I didn’t think it could get worse than the one before but while my partner ordered I looked at what was happening behind the counter. Not only did they all seem to be accomplishing nothing the photo I’m attaching will tell you all you need to know. I didn’t even want to get the drink after seeing the place. Carmel bags on the floor and milk and syrups spilling from the counter down the fridge to the floor. Instead of taking two seconds to wipe it off I watched the employee set a Carmel drizzle bottle and multiple drink cups down in the mess on the counters which then means the Carmel bottle sitting in who knows how long the guck has been on the counter is now transferring into my drink as he pours Carmel on. Not only that but I watched him make my drink and while I ordered blonde espresso the espresso was not taken out/cleaned or refilled it was just simply run through again also assuming it was their typical medium roast beans. Meaning it was used to pull espresso at least three times once which led it to be used and in the machine before ours and twice for my partner and I’s drinks. When I received my drink there was the tiniest bit of Carmel drizzle in there after I paid extra for it, the coffee also tasted like water and milk with the littlest hint of coffee. The sheer amount of laziness and disregard for the health violations happening here is disgusting. I will not be returning and I seriously hope you guys get some help in there or at the least some training and common knowledge...

I've visited a lot of different Starbucks locations, but I've never had such a HORRIBLE experience like this!! This location is disgusting!! There are flies, worms, and mold underneath the sink where they wash the dishes to make the drinks that you drink. This store's health standards are low regarding not washing hands after handling money or touching trash while continuing to serve those “handcrafted” drinks. The staff always has an attitude and doesn't create the welcoming environment that Starbucks promotes. The entire team has no urgency as I wait about 20 minutes daily. I usually don't get my food and drink until after complaining to the store manager or shift manager. Drinks are always inaccurate and inconsistent; my drink tasted different every day I ordered it. I went to this location due to the distance from my house, but will not return after learning the dark secrets of this store. The staff creates a childish work environment, feeling like I'm walking into a party with music blasting as I enter this store. Drama is always going on behind the scenes after talking to the concerned barista at the register, she was complaining that she wanted to quit this job. Learning that the managers have inappropriate personal relationships with workers, and employees sleeping with co-workers and CUSTOMERS!!! There are cliques among the employees that run the store. Also, There is always a customer that appears homeless that antagonizes you while you're trying to order. The staff doesn't do anything to protect customers and is honestly disappointing how this store manager handles situations. A physical fight and screaming between two employees happened behind the register. Workers bring in alcohol bottles and go outside to smoke marijuana and hit their vapes/bongs! Probably, the reason why drinks taste different each time is that the workers are intoxicated or under the influence. A worker was hungover and falling asleep while making my Hot Coffee. Surprised none of these employees got fired. Please, Don't go to this location. I know this sounds absurd but I can't make...

ordered a Frappuccino with no whipped cream. It was given to me with whipped cream in the crumbles, and the syrups on top. I tell her it was supposed to be no whipped cream. She wipes the whipped cream off, Gives it to me without the toppings, No crumbles, no mocha, no nothing. I asked the lady again if she can put the crumbles and the syrups on it. She goes and puts whipped cream on it to add the syrups and the cookie crumbles, and I said, no whipped cream, I just want you to add the toppings without the whipped cream. She empties out my cup 😑 and tell the guy to make it again.
