I dined here Friday night (10/27) with my husband and children. Most of the food was really good with the exception of my husbands breakfast food and a side of Mac and cheese. The scrambled egg was an over cooked egg patty, the pancakes tasted only of flour, and the Mac and cheese had a tangy taste which made me think it was spoiled.

The service on the other hand, was horrible. I assume our servers name was Angel as it was the name on the receipt, although she never introduced herself. I’m quite certain she was high…dropping things, scrambling around, forgetting things, just an overall mess!

I ordered a salad with my dinner which I had not received by the time the food came out, and I was also missing a side of green beans. She quickly asked if we needed anything else so I reminded her of both the missing items. She then left and came back with the green beans, once again asking if we needed anything and I said just the salad which she brought out. I never received the banana bread and had to ask for refills.

Our server had 3 tables at this point with a 4th being sat down as our food was being delivered. After that, the hostess and manager were the ones providing refills, bringing out boxes and the check - not only to our table but the others in her section as well.

I’ve been a server for the past 15 years so typically I am a very understanding person but as a server myself I try so hard to provide the best service possible to all my guests although we all have instances when we are just in the weeds and short staffed, etc. but this was just not the case. Our server completely lacked any type of personality or hospitality whatsoever and couldn’t even provide the bare...

Hosts said she would be right with us after she checked the customer out she was working with. Then another customer came up and she waited on them and said to us she really was coming to help us. We were total understanding. But then a kid came out of the back and told us there was a wait it would be 5 minutes and to have a seat. She came over to help us and he told her what he had told us and said they were backed up. She asked if we wanted a booth or table and then cleared off the one we requested. Which we found refreshing that she took the time to ask since most would not have. We were then sat, we waited for ten minutes or so and the waitress came over and asked if we were ready to order and then realized that she had not greated us and git our drink order. She turned and walked away saying she would be back with it asking for any drink order or heating us. She then went to the table 2 away from us and took their order, put it in then went to the table across from us and asked them something and ran and got what they requested and then went to another table, then came out and filed other Custer drinks and coffees. It was at this point we got up and left. Because apparently breakfast was just not in the cards for us. I could see this if you had like a ton of booth and tables filled but you didn't you had maybe 10 but only one waitress with the hosts helping to run food. Not sure what that kid was doing but his perfectly clean uniform told me he was doing nothing. And he was told to clear and wipe down tables and booths which he never did. If i could give a negative score i would. Do better for you customers and the staff at your business that...
