A friend took me there to ride the 7d ride and eat pizza. When we got there and started telling the young man at the register what we want as far as how many people etc, I asked about a veteran discount. My friend had already asked about local since we live and work in the area. His response was that it was too late because he had already started the transaction and he wasn't able to go back to put in the discount. I commented that all he had to do was cancel the transaction and start over. He said he wasn't able to do that and that we were supposed to ask about the discounts first. We work in the tourist industry and I've worked with sales and registers for many years and I know his statement to be false. We both told him we do know it's possible and that we aren't stupid. My friend told him she knew he was wrong but was going to let it go this time. He immediately walked away and would not come anywhere near the front while we were at the bar. I wanted his name but everyone ignored me. There was a girl with real thick hair and glasses that stood around with her hands together behind her back there the whole time and never said anything. I understand not all places honor the military or locals but I am a veteran and he was told that and let us know there was a discount but refused to give it to me. Nobody wore name tags which is very unprofessional so I took a side photo. The food was great except for the pasta was cold and there was no Alfredo available. I'll definitely go back but I hope Veteran's, current military, and locals are treated better in the future. There's no sign saying we must let them know first and he didn't ask. Something needs to change because he was very rude and unprofessional. My friend tipped him because it's what we do but regretted it when we sat down because he didn't do anything for...

I am a local patron and come to one of the buffet's almost every week. I come so much that I buy a season pass which allows me to buy one meal and get another for free. Every single time I go to the pizza buffet I have trouble with the staff honoring this and it often requires management assistance.

Today, when I went I immediately told the cashier that we would need the manager because there is usually an issue with using the passes. The man not only did not do this when I pointed out that he charged me for three children instead of two and that one of the children should be free he just told me "no" there was no BOGO on the children very rudely. When the manager did come up, he lied saying I did not even present the coupons and they were still laid out! After the manager corrected the bill I requested an apology which I did not get. It is getting tot he point that I am about to take my business elsewhere . I never have a problem anywhere except the pizza buffet.

I will say that the girls running the entertainment part with eth games were very accommodating and sweet. There are also no issues with the Grand County Buffet and we are treated like...

Just sat in line for 30 minutes at papa grands pizza all to be turned down. Apparently there was a bus of 150 people that ā€œpre paidā€ but they weren’t all there at the time we got in line. 15 were in front of us and that was it and then us regular patrons and that was it. When we got to the checkout they refused to serve us because we were not part of the bus. We explained to the lady(the manager) that not all of their people were there and we had been in line for almost 30 minutes. She said well they are here now. She didn’t care that they hadn’t been there with the rest of the group or that we had been in line waiting. She REFUSED to serve us. There was a guy behind us that was staying at the resort and had vouchers for his family and they refused to serve him as well! They should have shut it down for a ā€œprivate eventā€ or at least let the 30 people they turned down one ahead of time, before we stood in line that there would be a wait of 150...

It was good. Pizza reminded me of Pizza Ranch Pizza. The alfredo and Spinach, and alfredo and cheese was really good. The salad bar was GREAT! alllll the toppings, but dressing wasn't labeled. 1 soup choice - broccoli Cheddar. The pasta bar was 2 types of plain pasta, and you could make your own with the 5 mix in items they had. 3 dessert pizzas. You could also request a special pizza to be made and put out. You can also purchase to go containers, and fill up your boxes and take them with you. All you can eat buffet was $12 for adults, $6 for kids, and drinks were purchased separately- $3 for adults, $1 for kids. We did this before we went to the indoor/ outdoor water park, which had pretty cheap for there that looked good

Not a large variety of selection for pizza (what was there was super greasy and the cheese was a weird consistency of solid, gritty, and rubbery), staff wasn't rude but they definitely weren't friendly, cleanliness was iffy as I slipped on a few sausages, it was decently cheap but there is a lot better options in town for the price. Also, they had a very hard time keeping pizza out which left people awkwardly waiting then picking the trays clean like vultures (which made it more awkward). And we ate off styrofoam and they had us get new plates each time which is NOT eco-friendly at ALL. SOOOO much waste in the trash.
