I LOVE the product. It's really good and the cereal milk fruity pebbles is the best. When they first opened the ice cream was cheaper, but they have since raised the prices. When I arrived there were 10 kids standing up front and I thought I was standing in line but I was actually standing amongst people who had already ordered. After about ten minutes I asked where the line is and one of the staff said "it's kind of everywhere right now". Apparently they have two ice cream making stations that don't work at the moment. I found this out by Google reviews. It would have been nice to have a sign posted or something like that because I was definitely frustrated that Bella and Cristina were standing around doing nothing when there were twenty orders backed up. Because of the long wait I had time to observe and I noticed Lucy doing 70% of the work in the entire place. She is a diamond and all of the ice cream she handed out looked 10/10. She made ice cream and assisted a little girl who couldn't get into the bathroom while her coworkers stood around AND she had a little girl leaning over the glass and into her work the entire time (but Lucy is such a gem she very kindly told the little girl to move back, although it didn't last long). Also if the shelf that your t-shirts sits on is broken- this little girl did most of the work by sitting on it. Lucy was kind and smiled the whole time and gave out quality products. The guy in the tie dye shorts who did my ice cream was grinding the whole time too so props to him. I will definitely continue to come back but I think the store could benefit from some authority (manager, team-lead)...

Service - Staff took our order and unfortunately gave us the wrong items (probably because the gelato items and their own rolls have similar names). When I brought it to their attention they pushed the wrong order on me and said this is what they made. Eventually, I forced them to remake it. But the wait was so long to remake - not worth the hassle. (Also was overcharged, as a result of the confusion, but that’s besides the point).

Cleanliness - Order was given to us sticky and with no napkins. The location also does not have napkins in multiple locations (a must because of the stickiness of ice cream). Tables were also sticky as a result. Staff was too busy to keep up with cleaning.

Atmosphere- Speakers were so loud (I get the celebratory mood), unfortunately it was hard to make out orders, or even talk to the person next to me.

Flavor - Flavor was ok: not the best, but certainly not the worst. There seems to be an uneven mixing of flavors among their own creations, which unfortunately detracts value. Comparing this to Cold Stone mixes- Cold Stone is similarly priced, however quality control, and therefore flavor, is better.
