I Placed an order online for my Hubby's 40th birthday. The morning of I was called and told that the order wasn't being made in full because she didn't feel like it. said she would give me a larger cake but it would be the wrong flavor for the inconvenience. Sent my son to pick it up because I was still at work. He was told no manager on duty and they could not find the order. i called and gave them the order number and they finally found it and it wasn't even what the lady earlier said it would be. we live 15/20 min from the store. They threw in a dozen stale donuts for the hassle. By the time he made it 20 min the whole cake had melted, the ice cream was all over the box and you could not even read the cake. First we ordered a vanilla waffle cone with sprinkles but got told they didn’t have waffle cones when we got the cone it had no sprinkles, then ordered a hot fudge sunday and the girl told us the fudge wasn’t hot but room temperature at best, we then tried to order a banana spilt that was clearly on the menu and the girl told us they didn’t have them on the menu, so we tried to order a cookies and cream shake just to be told they don’t have cookies and cream and they can’t make shakes, so we tried to order a scoop of chocolate to be told they don’t have chocolate icecream. Read moreBaskin-Robbins is absolutely my favorite ice cream shop on the planet - so I was extremely excited about one opening near me - I even instastoried about it. However, 3 out of 4 visits we are told that they are out of something we ordered - chocolate ice cream, mint chocolate chip ice cream or a specialty seasonal donut. If this happened once or twice, I could overlook it as unexpected demand. But this has been happening since they opened - literally dozens of visits. I have literally started calling ahead to make sure they have stuff in stock so I don’t waste my time or get the kids excited about an ice cream visit for no reason.
