I am not one to give bad reviews since I hardly run into food that is all around unenjoyable. However, I thought my review would provide the owner with some actionable feedback that may improve the quality of the food.
The rice was slightly undercooked and needed some additional spices. I suggest some onion, garlic, or a little more salt.
The beans were undercooked; not sure how the process is for this location but maybe review the current process and see what can be improved so this doesn't happen again.
Pick a better meat tenderizer. Not sure whether they used beer, but it definitely tasted a bit like it and made the meat taste like perfume. (Hibachi Steak).
The pico de Gallo & the guac had waaaaayyyyy too much lime. Reduce the amount added to both.
The size of the burrito does not equate to the price one pays. I could get a cheaper burrito for a bigger size than the one Bubbakoo's served.
Their signature burrito (Nashville) has an unbalanced taste palette. While the concept is commendable, the execution was way off and borderline inedible. The spiciness of it was the only redeemable quality in my opinion. Pick a better grain when using similar ingredients used in the burrito. (Nashville Crispy Chicken & Pickles).
Hopefully, the food quality improves. Until then, I will continue going to a local Mexican joint...
Read moreI came in for the first time and ordered birria tacos , a Side of white rice and a small churro. Although the meat and the Beria tacos is good, the outside of the taco was left on the grill for too long so it made the tacos have a burnt taste. Usually when I get birria tacos from a regular taco place, the sauce is liquidy, but here the sauce was very thick and didn’t taste like the original sauce at all. The rice had way too much cilantro in it, and it was slightly overcooked. The Churros were the worst part of my Meal. They were super hard and when he asked me if I want cinnamon sugar, I said yes, but It’s really ground sugar. I spent $25 on food that I didn’t get to really enjoy. I went back in to have my churros be remade, and he told me that he had to charge me to remake them. I explained that they were too overcooked and that the cinnamon wasn’t good and he told me he was going to charge me because I asked for cinnamon to be on them and that I didn’t like it wasn’t his fault. Evidently, he remade them, but they tasted exactly the same, and I didn’t add the sugar this time. The initial interaction with the customer service was good, but when I came back in To ask for my food to be remade, the energy wasn’t the same. Never...
Read moreSure! Here's a positive and well-written review of Bubbakoo's Burritos:
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Delicious, Customizable, and Fresh!
Bubbakoo’s Burritos has quickly become one of my go-to spots for a fresh and satisfying meal. Whether you're in the mood for a classic burrito, a loaded bowl, or something a little different like their signature “Chiwawa” (a deep-fried cheesy rice ball filled with toppings), there’s something for everyone.
The best part is the customization—just like at other fast-casual spots, you can build your meal exactly the way you want it. The ingredients are fresh, the portions are generous, and they don’t skimp on flavor. Their protein options, from grilled chicken to steak and even crispy buffalo chicken, are always perfectly seasoned and cooked just right.
I also appreciate the variety of sauces and toppings available, including some fun and bold choices like ghost pepper salsa and creamy jalapeño. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the experience even better.
If you're craving something hearty, flavorful, and fast, Bubbakoo’s Burritos is a solid choice. It’s great for lunch, dinner, or even a quick...
