This location makes amazing sandwiches but management is unprofessional. Was very rude, using profanity, did not address me, and was obviously upset at other workers I guess who did not show up to work. It’s not customers fault that they did not show up. I understand not having enough workers but to use profanity and say negative remarks about workers clearly let’s me know they aren’t treated fairly because if they were they would be there. Plus to say scrap all orders in front of a customer who walked in to pick theirs up which they made their order that morning and not address them… just walk pass and ignore but address another. That’s just rude. I had to ask another employee which then called the rude manager and he had to address me then. From now on I guess I have to call to see if this location is in operation before I place an online order or go there. I made my order that morning and shopped around until my time for pick up just to be treated that way. I also worked at a different location and I can see that management is rude in more than one location. I had flash backs.
I understand everywhere is short staffed but the least he could have done was stay professional and explain the issue instead of walking past me hollering did customers see the sign which stated they were closed for the rest of the days at 2. Read moreMy group of 5 people arrived at 6:00 pm, Sunday, November 14, 2021, we were told when placing our order that it would take 30 minutes to fulfill our order. We were OK to wait, we could visit with our party. To be honest we thought it would be less, there were only 2 other tables with 2 people at each in the dining room waiting for their food and we saw 5 people in the kitchen and 2 counter people. We saw tons and tons of To Go orders coming and going but no one in the dining room being served. When it became 40 minutes of waiting for our food, I went to the counter to ask about our orders, the guys basically shrugged their shoulders with no answer, and then someone in the kitchen said they would work on our order next. I didn’t have a lot of faith in this. Next I had a Togo customer attack me as he said he called in his order 30 minutes ago and his order wasn’t ready either. I asked him to mind his own business. So how does this work, does dine in customers take second position to ToGo orders? And not a manager available. If they would have given me a receipt I would have asked for my money back. I will give you credit, the food was good and hot as well. If this is how dine in service will be we won’t be back. You may want to consider ToGo only if you are short staffed. Read moreWhat a wonderful staff and management team!! I came in yesterday to place a to-go order during what looked like peak lunchtime. I received it pretty quickly and was in a rush so I was happy. Once I arrived back to my destination, I noticed I was missing my side of potato salad. (Which is my bad for not double checking like normal, especially knowing it was busy.) I called the location and spoke with Ben to see if I could come pick my missing item up today, even without a receipt. He apologized and was very kind and assured me I would be able to pick that up today. When arriving, I was greeted with a smile from all the staff and the nice young lady at the front remembered me pretty quickly. She also apologized and was quick to get me my item. During this, the manager insisted on giving me the whole original meal (a free wrap and a free drink, plus the potato salad ofc)! Did not expect that at all! Especially for something as small as a missing side! WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE through and through!! McAllisters of Brentwood!! Thank you guys so much!!! Will be back to this location...
