I rarely give ZERO stars but I would if I could with this Subway location. I tried not once but twice to give the Subway the benefit of the doubt. About a month ago I walked in there after grocery shopping. I waited in line for 15 minutes due to social distancing and all. I am okay with waiting but not everyone was wearing masks inside or in line. I waited 8 feet away before my turn. I got to the order area and asked if he had the veggie patty and he didn't understand what I was asking him. So I politely asked again. I thought my mask was not helping him hear me. He said, "we do not have the vegetarian patties right now." I politely walked out but recommended he put a sign over the menu right behind him. He didn't answer. I then went back this week. A young woman helped me. The gentlemen who helped me the last time was on the phone, no mask behind where they make the food. He looks like the owner or at least manager. I asked the young woman if she had veggie patties. She said sure. She ask for the bread I wanted and I responded. She then proceeded to ask "what do you want on your sandwich." But she was hovering over the meat section. I said, excuse me I want a veggie patty. She kept saying which meat do I want. I was like "Do you or do you not have the vegetarian patty?" She said, "oh no." I then asked her if she had the special rib sandwich promotion. She said no. I said its plastered on the poster on her window. This place is terrible. No clue on what Subway is offering or on their own menu. TAKE IT OFF YOUR MENU IF YOU DON'T...

We ordered 3 Veggie Delite sandwiches, and ALL THREE were badly screwed up. In detail... It's honestly laughable. My daughter and I had to pick off tons of ingredients. I don't understand how this happens. What they did was made us all three the SAME SANDWICH (following the ingredients of the 1st sandwich, except sauce), except that they did bother to get the cheese right.
I even checked the receipt in case the Subway app screwed up the order and dropped all the ingredient customizations I did for each sandwich, but it matched what I had intended to order... They just didn't bother to look at it.
We will not be returning -- especially not via use of the app, since it seems like the employees...
Read moreWelp, I tried a different Subway , second day in a row. This time I actually looked at the prices and the 6 inch Veggie Delight is 4.99. Not sure why the other location wanted to charge me 8.00. I was hopeful at this location, but disappointed yet again. The worker behind the counter was so busy talking on his ear pods that he didn't hear me say "just a little bit of Sweet Terriaki sauce ". I think they are programmed to automatically drown sandwiches. When I objected, he added even more!!!! He thought I was saying , add a little more. I tried to say " No! Just a little !"
