I did a mobile order and had to walk in because they forgot the bacon as they normally do and they kept my reciept. When I got home 20 receipt. I saw that they put cheese on another burger for a family member who has lactose intolerance and when I called to explain what happened the manager asked if I had the receipt and when I tried to explain that my daughter gave it to an employee who kept it, she began to speak over me loudly and said she'd call me back. I waited and had to call back..because she never did and put my adult daughter on the phone so that she could explain (because the mobile order was in her name)but she was still irate kept on talking over her. Heres the point it was for a burger from the 4 for $4 that had cheese, couldn't just pull it off due to severe lactose intolerance for my mom. The manager put the phone down while my adult daughter was in mid sentence and never picked it back up. Granted she did have to raise her voice because the manager she kept talking over my daughter. Very poor costumer service. Not to mention that our previous order on June 8, 2022 was completely wrong and after speaking to corporate was given a apology and told I would be fully refunded and that never happened either. Read moreSince ive been back 6 months ago, this Wendy's has never been an issue with it's staff. The ISSUE are the drivers at the drive-thru... PULL FORWARD. Stop leaving such a huge gap, its not a red light, and dont be offended if someone is closing the gap behind you. They not out to get you, they just want: order, pay, food, home. Arguably im only ordering for myself while everyone else seems to be ordering for indecisive individuals as mom's yell in they ear.
Now i will say that when the line seems slow is because of indecisiveness and scrambled orders, (WhE mUh FraHstIE!?!?) And that is no fault of the staff, people be keay. But every time i pull to the window, my order is ready, in my hands and im gone. During lunch hour there this older lady that i used to think was giving me the death stare. Like the one ma gave me when my room (my car in this case) is messy. But when i told her "muchas gracias señora" i always get smiles now. Read more530p arrival. Nobody at the cash wrap. One guy filling lemonade. Nobody came over for 3 minutes or even acknowledged me as a customer. No apology for the wait either, sadly. The cashier was very nice once she got free to help me. Bathrooms are locked. I didn’t bother asking for a key. Dining room area is dated. There’s carpet which means lots of spilled drinks and other things have hit this floor over the years. Sandwich was okay. Definitely not worth $7. Yes, the sandwich alone was $7 with a water cup. Absurd for fast food. Sandwich was dry. Nothing in the bottom and a tiny bit of mayo on the top. Lettuce and tomatoes tasted fresh. Bun seems like brioche bread.
