It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Brighton

WARNING!!! If they mess up your order good luck getting any help!!!! My wife and I placed an order with it’s just wings 7/17/22 via a coupon that routed us to their website for payment directly through Its Just Wings. The order was prepared by Its just Wings/Chilli’s staff. Delivery it turns out is through Doordash even though we didn’t order through them. Upon delivery we discovered that they had sent us the wrong food. We reached out to It’s Just Wings to attempt to resolve the issue and were directed to the “restaurant” which put us in contact with Chilli’s instead. Employees there told us to contact doordash. When we contacted doordash we were told that because the payment was made through It’s Just Wings they would have to be the one to process the refund, and submitted a refund request on our behalf. After nearly a week there has been no answer from Its Just Wings, Chilli’s general manager and doordash have both just rerouted us to the single telephone number they have that is actually just the Chili’s restaurant closest to us or an online refund request. They’ve attempted 3 different requests as it states an it’s just wings customer service rep will get back to us in 24-48 hours. But it’s been over 48 hours and no response and no way to contact them because apparently there isn’t a customer support phone number for Its Just Wings except an automated line the reroutes you to Chillis (who are a separate company from Its...
