This location has many problems that I usually can look past, like ALWAYS forgetting the sauce with nuggets, the drive thru will take at least 20 minutes every time etc. BUT this last time is it for me. Last week we went there to redeem our points for my daughter's free happy meal and that was the only thing we were ordering. I let the drive thru know I wanted to use my rewards code when ordering and the person added the free happy meal and THEN added a large fry. I let him know that we did NOT order or want a large fry and only want the happy meal. He paused and told us to hold on. While we waited at the speaker 5 cars had gone in front of us. Then he came back and told us to pull forward. When we got to the the payment window they told us that they already processed our order in the app and since I had my payment attached to the app that they can't do anything about it. So here I was looking forward to redeeming the points that I earned for my kids happy meal but ended up with a large fry that I didn't want and was forced to pay over $3 for. Read moreI went out to get breakfast as I pulled up to the window to pay the lady asked what I ordered and it looked like it didn’t send to the kitchen. She charged me $20.34. When I got to the window the lady gave me the drinks and our food. When I arrived home I got 3 bacon mc griddles instead of my 3 sausages muffins. I was really annoyed that I have to drive all the way down there. I told the lady who took my order that they gave me the wrong bag. I told them 3 times of what I was missing was super annoying. I went to the window where they gave out the food. The manager was there I explain what happened and she said we are not serving breakfast do you want lunch. I said no I want a full refund. I didn’t want to even argue. Poor management. It wasn’t even my fault they gave me the wrong bag. They should’ve made me the sandwiches I’m missing. Read moreTonight I decided to do a quick dinner on my way home. Unfortunately that was the worst decision I’ve made today. I went through the drive-through like normal ordered my food noticed that the total was off got to pay for my food asked them to read it back to me they read it back correctly then get to the window and realize I only have half my order. Have to go inside to get corrected order, leave, and still did not get the correct order so I had to go back inside to get the correct order they also missed my drink so I had to ask for a drink cup then when I went to get my drink they were completely out of the drink and have no Lids so needless to say I left my cup and left. I spent an hour here and in my opinion it was completely uncalled for. I understand that everyone is short staffed currently due to Covid however it takes two seconds to listen to an order properly and the fill that order correctly.
