I went to Burger King in Brighton on May 7th. I should also say, that I never do reviews like this… But, I wanted to let BK know just how wonderful my experience was. The whole staff was great, but there was one particular staff member who went above and beyond. I felt a need to post a review about my experience, so that the employees that go above and beyond get the recognition that they deserve.
When I pulled up to the window after ordering my food, I had my Chihuahua in the back, in his carseat. He gets excited when I go through drive-throughs because he knows that he is going to get some yummy treats. The woman at the window noticed my dog barking and excited in the backseat. She told me that she thought that he was so cute. I told her that we were on our way to the park to go for a walk and then get ice cream, because it was his birthday. She asked if he was allowed to have people food. I told her absolutely! She came to the window with a piece of bacon as a treat. My dog Divino, was extremely excited!
I asked what her name was because I wanted to send a review in, to let Burger King know what a great employee she is. She told me her first name, which I can’t remember if it was Billy or Bobby (forgive me). 🤦🏻♀️ However, I do for sure know that she goes by B.J. (for short).
B.J. set the tone for such a beautiful evening! So thank you B.J. and BK!! 👍🏼 It is rare these days, to see such kind people that genuinely enjoy their job and love making the customers smile. 😊

Read moreI've been ton this location twice and will never go again the first time I visited this restaurant it was a friday at about 11 at night all the dining room lights were on and all the doors unlocked but when we went inside the manager yelled at us and told us inside was close and that we had to go through drive thru. We left because of how rude the manager was to us and because they should have had the doors locked and shouldn't have yelled at us. The second time I went there when I went to pay (mind you my credit card is very old and beat up) my card wasn't swiping and they insisted they couldn't type my cards code into the computer and that I needed another card or cash even though I could see that they had the option to type the number in clear as day through the window I didn't have cash or another card so they turned me away very rudely. It was actually ridiculous how long we had to wait to get hashbrowns and breakfast burritos. Speaking of which, my burritos were not good at all. When I bite into a breakfast burrito, I expect a beautiful blend of melted cheese, sausage, and eggs. This burrito did not give me that satisfaction.
