McDonald's — Restaurant in Bristol

So there are several McDonalds restaurants surrounding this one, and it is definitely not the closest to me. But we drive out of our way to come to this one every time now because this McDonalds at the Pinnacle is by far the best.

I dont know if the owner of the one at the Pinnacle owns any of the ones surrounding that one, but the staff and practices being done at the Pinnacle Location far outshine every other McDonalds locally.

We've never dealt with any rude employees, they always seem engaged and on top of things and every time we order food here it is always fresh.

You know how when you get those perfect fries and they take ypu back to your childhood and remind you why you keep going to McDonalds in the first place? This McDonalds gets the fries "Nostalgia Perfect" every single time for us.

Either I'm going at incredibly lucky times every time, or you guys are just doing it right over there.

Same thing with the Double Cheeseburgers. We order with confidence at this McDonalds every time knowing the food is going to he fresh.

This McDonald’s is the worst in our area and quite possibly the worst that I have ever been to. There is always is something wrong with my order whenever I come here. A couple months ago I came here and it was 10 minutes before closing. I ordered a 2 hamburgers because I didn’t want to be too overbearing since it was 10 minutes before closing. That small order apparently didn’t fly with the cooks though because one burger had a whole mustard bottle in it and my other was dipped and covered in ketchup. Food retaliation is NOT ok. No matter if it is just extra condiments. I went back today for the first time since then and I used my app to get a free frappe but they charged me for the frappe still. I spoke with what I assume was the manager and she was unpleasant and snarky. She refunded us at the window but not before delivering the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. The window employees were also very rude. Don’t let the 3.8 star rating fool you this restaurant is a 1 star restaurant through and through. Don’t waste your time here there are so many restaurants to eat at at the pinnacle. Either pass right by this place and go somewhere else or go home because it is...

I have been to this place twice in the the last 6 weeks. Each time I got the Mc Double and I went through the drive through. Both times the burgers were Cold not cool Cold. They were so cold the cheese would not melt. So I raised the burgers apart and they were barely warm. The first time I had it happen I gave them the benefit that maybe a freek thing but when it happened twice that many days apart is no coincidence Some People Are Not Doing Their Job. If I was over it I would watch the manager and see if he or she is doing their job. Also who ever was making the food unless they were mentally challenged I would tell them to do their job correctly or they would be Fired.
